as much as I like the looks, i can't ever see myself using typical male avatars, I like to stay relatively close to my irl stature and fashion sense with the avatars I use and the common male avatar aesthetic just doesn't match how I think I oughtta look when trying to represent myself. currently I'm trying to learn how to make avatars beyond just texture editing and model scaling/slapping props/hats/etc on a model in unity, while i've made good progress so far, it's intimidating af lmao

No you cannot, that’s against TOS. but a lot of creators sell the avatars on gumroad. You can join their discords for more info.

You can use PC avatars with just your computer, or with a VR Headset hooked up to your computer. Full body tracking is just a luxury

Most VR headsets are hooked up to a PC. You can use PC compatible avatars on desktop or with VR headsets that are hooked up to a computer. Quests are more limited and are not as fancy as the PCVR headsets are.

Most avatars start as PC and get ripped and uploaded to quest worlds. But idk which one you are talking about

Hello! This video was made 5 months ago when quest users weren’t as popular. Therefore not lots of quest compatible avatars were being made. But nowadays there are a bit more! They’re a little harder to find still :)
