OK! I believe U got to know abt yr viewers,thru the data sent by KZread. The reason I said to focus more on S’pore; cos their R many international Vegan KZread channels.Mainly fr the US.Though they cover the world, but they mostly cover the US state they reside in;Eg L A. A feedback on this video U made.The Chicken Rice of Chee Wei U ate, was the Deluxe one.I tried to order it, fr 1 of their outlets.But now they hv removed it in their menu in all their outlets.They only hv the basic one. When I inquired,the assistant;he gv 2 reasons on why it was removed. 1.There’s a lot of hassle to prepare it. 2.It’s not very sell-able. Hope my feedback helps.

It was a nice video you made.Kudus to yr effort. It will be good if you did more more vegan or vegetarian food places in S'pore;rather than all over the world.As I presume most of yr audience R fr S'pore. Maybe keep the ratio to 60:40.In favour of S'pore. In business it's said to specialize in 1 target market. Thus, yr productivity will be good. Eg: more revenue for a particular expenditure. In yr case, more subscribers from a particular market for the same effort put.
