If they made a 39mm version of this it would be more wearable for most people.

Seestern has come out with a steel chrono version of the FXD in blue or black, with a manual Seagull movement. Considering that it's steel it should have good bezel action like their other watches. It has the count down bezel, plus it's 40 mm!

I love fixed lug bars, they just give you peace of mind.

Nice review. I own this watch in blue and am very happy with it. It is grade 2 Titanium, the same as the original. My only complaint would be with the bezel action, it is not very good. They said they had improved this on the latest version but that is the one I have and it is still not very good. For the price though I really can't complain.

Very light, gritty bezel action. It just feels and sounds awful. It's very typical of Titanium bezels on Chinese budget watches. If you compare it to the action of the Tudor it's homaging, it's not even close! It is a lot cheaper though. 😊😊

My blue V4 bezel is fine. I don’t have any complaints about the bezel. I was not willing to pay $4k for the Tudor.

@@KarmaFlight My v4 is pretty good too. Only thing i dont like is the 48 click bezel. It has 4 clicks per 5 minutes...

I have a few of these watches…recently picked up a marine master 300 homage it’s incredible quality

If for no other reason....the smaller dimensions of the San Martin are more elegant.

San Martin is indeed the better brand here and that is why they’re more expensive. It’s worth the price difference. I own now 4 San Martin and I own this Tactical Frog and I have to say that the Tactical is amongst my best homage watches, especially at that price point and being specific, San Martin has not yet made an FXD homage yet. They’ve made a Pelagos homage but not an FXD, totally different watches. So I guess that saying that San Martin is better within this video, is a moot point.
