BEST tour in La Fortuna (monkeys, snakes, and hot springs -- oh my!) | Costa Rica Travel 2022
We got to see Costa Rica's most mischievous monkeys... The white-faced capuchins. Known for slinging poo, stealing stuff from tourists, and even eating other monkeys. WHAT. Gross.
In this babymoon vlog we got to go on one of the best tours in La Fortuna to check out the infamous Arenal Volcano, see some wildlife, have an incredible lunch, & finish off the day lounging in some Costa Rican hot springs (which we somehow got all to ourselves!!). If you're looking for the most unique/best things to do in Costa Rica, Arenal Volcano & La Fortuna should be on the top of that list! Yeah! We’ve really liked a lot of our tour guides on our trip thus far. They’re always able to provide us with inside information that only locals can. And yesh, I’m not mature enough to handle a farting pool pump haha
You guys are so smooth. Addison was impressed with your synchronized sunglasses move. That’s a legit natural trail. What a nice 33% view. Was there a lot of bugs while you were there? Monkeys are my mortal enemies. One chased me when I was 4. I should throw 💩 at Melissa if I get frustrated also 😂. You guys had a private swimming party there.

Surprisingly not a lot of bugs at all!!! When we stopped to look at the monkeys I got a few bites, but other than that I don't think I got any. I couldn't believe it! Hahaha yes, throwing poo is always the answer. 😂 Where the heck were you that a monkey chased you??

@@RuthandThomas I lived in Nigeria, Africa. We went to a Safari and at the motel, there were baboons everywhere. It saw my sandwich and chased me. I barely made it back to the room. My parents were laughing because I didn't let go of the sandwich.

We were so excited to see the monkeys! Especially to see them jumping around high in the treetops - it felt like being in a nature documentary!

U are fantastic and lovely, where did u live in La fortuna? I would like go to Costa Rica but i cannot decide bcs going there alone and dont know spanish

Hey thanks! We stayed at an AirBNB right off of the main square in La Fortuna. And we would definitely recommend a visit! We actually met quite a few people in various hostels that were traveling alone and they seemed to really enjoy their time! Also, knowing a little bit of Spanish helps a lot, but we really didn't know much and were able to get by pretty well!
