I bought from them and I received an almost red string of hearts ( not the variegated version) I’m assuming it’s extremely stressed either because of complete lack of water or was exposed to extreme sunlight. I’ve been trying to water it and put it in a better aired condition with indirect sunlight hopefully it’s gonna turn normal soon

Hi there, you're doing great. Succulents change colors when they are under stress, to deal with them. You can also decide to use an entirely new soil mix if you are not comfortable with the old one. How do I get the thick firm leaves on them? My newest leaves are thin. My silver glory and pink variegated leaves are losing their special hues. Any recommendations?

Not enough bright indirect light causes foliage to lose its pink variegation and revert to the dark green color. Try relocating to a space that receives more light but avoid too much bright, direct sunlight.

@@SucculentsBox any suggestions for getting the leaves to be less thin and frail? When I bought them from the nursery, the leaves were thick and plump, but the new growth is thinner. Is it a leaf age thing?

@@monicarae9457 - Increase light exposure as much as possible, either by moving them or adding a grow light. - Be very careful with watering - allow the soil to dry out significantly between waterings. - Use a fast-draining potting mix. - Be patient, as the plant adjusts to its new conditions.

Mine died so I definitely got Death fingers 💀💀💀 hehe
