I too had severe stammering problems. It was so much, especially when I had to speak in front of a big crowd and other pressure situations. As I grew up, I found the real reasons of stammering. One is talking to fast and the other is not breathing properly before you speak. I thoroughly understood these two problems and began to talk slowly and ensured to notice my Breathing before I talk. One more tip I'll give is, When nobody is around you, see yourself in the mirror and talk. You'll notice what mistakes or how you talk. You can gradually correct your mistakes you make while talking. Conclusion.... Speak slow Breathe well before you speak Practice speaking in front of a mirror Reduce inferiority complex It'll surely work my friends.

Stammering is not bcz of breath brother its all about mind.. did you ever noticed this.. When I 'm on the block without getting a word, if someone close to me says this word, I will get that word immediately.. I think so much what is the reason for this and..I got the.. reason its a energy block in particular situation i want to remove this block but i have no i idea about how to remove this block if i get the solution i will work for it 24×7 And if i get a solution definetly i will help other stammerers..bcz i know the pain 😐

Its Nice bro. But I do talk very well in front of mirror and I could even talk in English fluently but when it comes to a person . I do stammer . idk why . I made myself calm in most times and tried all times but didn't work !

Sir while I speak Tamil overall it's good...but I can't speak english frequently..I'm practicing ielts test..in that test there is a moudle called speaking test...I can't speak even a single word...while I stammer..I became more nervous and I forgot everything...so I can practice this for get out of stammer
