Great review! If I didn’t already have the Aer City Pack Pro From your earlier review, I probably would’ve gotten this backpack. Nice to know both were recommended for your EDC tech needs.

I have the CPP x-pac and still grabbed this bag Extra water bottle pocket and being able to put it on my luggage upright sold me

I think I’ve just found what I was looking for, thanks Danny! I bought the evergoods ctb 26l on your recommendation and I’ve been loving it as a travel pack, but it’s a tad big for an EDC. I’ve been looking at a few different options, like the Aer flight pack 3 or the Bellroy transit work pack but both seemed to fall a bit short. This looks like it really doesn’t compromise on anything, has great waterproofing and comes in a nice small package. Thanks, this brand was not on my radar at all!

I have been using the vsgo 20l backpack as my daily. Its a camera back and definitely a rougue shout, but it can definitely be used daily. It looks cool and has some of the besg build and materials i have experienced. A little heavy though.

Good point about the luggage pass-thru. Nothing more annoying than putting your bag atop your roller and losing access to many of the pockets and water bottle holders because they are oriented wrong. That is a major gripe I have with my Peak Design 30L (and many bags I DON’T own due to this) - the bag has vertically oriented top opening and water bottle pockets, yet forces you to lay it on its side. I don’t use it traveling any more due to this.

Water bottle pockets seem very shallow. Reminds me of a timbuk 2 backpack I used to own. Feels like tall water bottles may fall out naturally during normal use when out and about

Honesty, this might replace my Swiss gear. It’s a great bag but not versatile enough as i work in a warehouse and doesn’t provide enough for school, workplace and working out. This is great
