Tacos Al Pastor have Lebanese origins, from the Lebanese immigrants who brought the shawarma to Mexico. Created in Puebla in the 1930's, per Wikipedia. Delicious!! My fave!

The Best tacos in Guadalajara is a : Taquería México Morelos 1833 , col americana . And seafood : Tacos fish la paz Calle Miguel de Cervantes # 50 and Vallarta Av . Colonia americana .

Dang! Watching you guys add your condiments, biting, chewing and enjoying your food, every step just kept making my mouth water!!! And washing it down with that beer was the finishing touch!🤤😉👍🏼

I am from Guadalajara currently living in the States, and I have never been at some places you guys have visited in Guadalajara... sad :( but thank you for giving us a tour and show the world that Mexico has a lot to offer. I recommend you guys to go to Tortas ahogadas "El Chukis" by Zapopan municipality, they are sooo damn good. ENJOY your food!!!

I know this is very gringo of me but I truly enjoy hard shell tacos.

There are better crunchy tacos then the taco bell style seasoned ones IMO, they're called tacos dorados and they're easy to make witth fresh salsa, sour cream, and cheese

Everything looked yummy ! Did the tostadas have toppings available? Seemed like it needed salsa and cabbage or lettuce. I like to have at least one bite how the chef intends for it to taste. Had a few friends visit and try a burger with no toppings ( you're supposed to get them at a different parts of the restaurant) and they were like : just so so. Then realized what happened, and had them get lettuce , freshly made pickles, tomatoes ect. And it just went to a whole new level. Its important to have people tell you how to eat the food and then make adjustments.

This might be a bit far from you but if you’re ever in the area I recommend you try tacos al pastor from La Farmacia - Cl. San Pedro 1268, Santa María, 44350 Guadalajara, Jal. And tacos de barbacoa from Kaly - Julián Carrillo 1791, Santa Cecilia, 44700 Guadalajara, Jal. I grew up in Guadalajara and the barbacoa ones have always been my favorite. Make sure you get them crispy and maybe get a side of consomé if you’re into it. I live in Chicago now but whenever I visit I go there as much as possible (idc how much my family teases me for it!)

I had to get up half way through this video to make the closest thing to a taco, which was half a dry pita and some hummus. I'm going to need a gym membership when I get to Mexico 🏋️‍♂️🚴‍♀️🤾‍♀️

Those al pastors are great. My favorites are at Tomate on Chapu. Gotta hit up that fish spot next time. I usually have those at Tacos fish La Paz. Pretty good place as well. Great beer selection my man.

I love your videos! I think you need to eat tacos the Mexican way, make sure that your taco it's pretty tight folded, then you have to tilt your head to your left if you're are right handed or vice versa if you're left handed, it's less messy.
