Best Swimming Holes In Northern California
On a crazy road trip in California. After a long time traveling down a gnarly dirt road, I lost phone service. In the middle of nowhere with no service, I stumble a pone the most beautiful epic swimming hole. The best part is that the salmon run this river and there is trout in it too. the fishing is good here. there is free camping and fires allowed. This is the best spot to camp out in wild California.

Hi Emily.... If you go please be prepared...make sure battery charged...tires good and a spare and Jack and jumper cables...an hour and half on a dirt road is a long way from nowhere... doesn't mean you can't enjoy it... just be prepared... I always carry extra food water medical kit and sheets for shade...find dead tree limbs and tie sheet to car and limbs...works great! I hope you go!
