I would not recommend a mini Cooper from 2002-2005. The parts are scarce one would need to buy parts from BMW/Mini itself which will cost a arm & leg. Because parts would need to be imported from Germany. Other option is getting parts from breaking up cars for spares.

It all depends, car dealers, whether be Webuycars or VW, they all apply at major banks and use the bank that will approve you based on your credit record. So dealers try different banks to try and get you approved.
