Lee I’m gobsmacked no way that was a Fillet Steak and you gave a high score the peppercorn sauce was runny the chips looked like Iceland bargain chips and the salad well a kitchen porter had thrown it on a plate. ( no offence to kitchen porters who do an important job) think of some of the fillet minion you’ve had in Tenerife. And certainly the States. Glad you’ve got a friend to dine with and loads of Subscribers and enjoyable to watch as always. Tony.

Life is Full of Excitement and Mystery Lee. What a Pleasure to see a Gorgeous Restaurant with Gwenny and you Lee. Such a Lovely ambience, beautiful surroundings, a Bright and Happy Establishment. The Steaks looked very well cooked, Chips not bad, nice little bit of Salad Garnish. I really liked seeing Your Apple Pie with Ice-cream Lee. What a Really Beautiful and Delicious meal for two. Washed down with a Large Glass of White Wine and a Chilled glass of Lager. Sorted Lee. What a Delight to see some very Lovely people on the street who admired you and your Channel. It's was pure Joy to see Mateos Bar, with the BENIDORM memorabilia. I really Loved seeing the Photo's of the Cast and Crew. I watched every episode. What a great vlog. Loved it. Fun and laughter with real people enjoying themselves. Sorry we didn’t get your true thoughts of mateo’s but it’s a great little bar, cheap good quality drinks , best pint I’ve had in Benidorm over the last few years. Finally Derren Litten the owner and man that brought Benidorm to our screens is a great host and spends hours answering questions and time with the customers

Lee, we're good friends with Geoff Carter (went school with him and drinking buddy) anyway, we always watch your movies...the lady mentioned the Nepali near the president...its the best in Benidorm for us 10/10❤

Squirty cream on apple pie what is she on about, it’s got to be nice thick custard. The steaks took a bit of cutting, were the knives blunt ? Think you was a bit generous with the score, 6 out of 10 from me.

I used to stay in a place called LaBaia in Scarborough and it had pictures of the Breakfasts on a board outside. The breakfasts were presented on the plate exactly as they looked on the board outside,and they were delicious!!🙂

Meal looked average I thought, but nice that your guest was with you again. Good show. Custard with apple pie. Well custard with any sweet. xx

I suspect that the menu del dia at €16 was a bargain. Your meat didn't look like any fillet I've ever seen. It looked like a larger sirloin.

The Filet was cut in a butterfly style cut to grill quicker.

Not a bad meal to be fair mate. Price not too bad either. Not the best steaks I've seen but definitely not the worst. I'll go with an 8/10 buddy on this one as the chips didn't look great. Good to see your friend Gwennie again and looking forwrad to catching up with more vids tomorrow. Thank you both for sharing 🙂👍

Good with meat ... Dr Wills date/tomato-based sauces ... Siracha, sweet chili, barbecue. Waitrose & Tesco.

I would normally go for your steak in any other resteraunt BUT have had the set menu there many times with the Sirloin and its always been lovely -mind you she does peas for me as opposed to the salad and I always pay extra for a portion of fried onions. Mind you your biggest mistake was not having the tomato soup - I am not a tomato soup lover but their's is the BEST iVE EVER TASTED. I recomended the steakhouse on my channel 4 or 5 months ago but being such a small channel very few saw it - I am glad someone with a big following (you ) reviewed it as the steakhouse deserves the exposure and in this day and age 16 Euros for a 3 course is cracking value. If you want a breakfast thats every bit as good (or better) than the Yorkshire Pride try The Sun the next time you visit Benny

Overcooked steak and frozen chips are not for me for €16 ok I suppose 6 from me, Lee.

Lee that steak looked a bit tough to be fillet, both looked good though and great value, can be hard to get a steak cooked perfectly how you like. Apple pie and ice cream my favourite and that looked really good.

I live in Norwich and Coleman's mustard is still made in Norwich. The wet mustard is made elsewhere but the dry mustard powder is still milled and made in Norwich and Colemans is the best.

Can't beat a steak that lets out a Mooo when you cut into it.

Good meal nothing to really be disappointed about 8 ,/10 🇦🇺😮 wow the couple have been in benidorm for a month ,is that expensive or a affordable holiday 🤷‍♀️

Struggling like that to cut it using a steak knife....... not good.

Totally agree about the handcut chips, those fries were meh :/ And it's a shame it wasn't actually Madges scooter, if you look at the one in the bar and then look at the one on the photo a few seconds later from the episodes, it isn't the same! BUT, close enough for a photo opportunity lol :P

Those steaks were not cooked they were incinerated. Too overcooked that's why the fillet is so tough.

Country Ribs for best steak. You'll have to book though as always busy.
