Got it from local steel shop.
every thing is good except the fact we should use steamer which doesn't has plastic parts going inside.. there are lot of options available in market..

Seems u r preparing sponge idly not ravva idly For better fluffy idly should try ravva idly Batter making process As usual urdal +idly rice (idly rice should be powered like sooji ) is called ravva. Separately soak both urdal n idly ravva in water once urdal is grinded n idly ravva should separate from soak water without any water n then add to d batter now fermentation little salt try this method once ravva idly for better than sponge idly
