Yes yes and yes! I saw Braiding sweet grass and had to click on the video. First 4 books on the list I read, and loved! Others I’m definitely going to check out (most have been on my reading list, so this is a sign to finally give them a read!) If I could recommend 2 books that I absolutely loved, that were the top books I read last year and fall into a similar category as Mia’s list it would be: Original Wisdom by Rober Wolff, and The Enchanted Life by Sharon Blackie! Adore them both and would 1000%% recommend if you read the books that were recommended and absolutely adored them! ❤❤❤

Braiding Sweetgrass has been on my list for a while. A lot of my friends have recommended it so I definitely need to check it out! I also recommend When God Was a Woman by Merlin Stone, The Shadow King by Shakti Gawain, and anything by Clarissa Pinkola Estes (my faves are Untie the Strong Woman, Bedtime Stories, & Women Who Run with the Wolves). One tarot reader I met several years ago recommended me the Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo and it’s been a significant part of my spiritual journey. If you want more ceremonial stuff, my recs are Spiral Dance by Starhawk, Jambalaya by Luisah Teish, and Goddess Reclaimed by Syma Kharal.

Here are some themes I would love to hear you talk about: I really loved seeing you channel on paper on your modern magik videos with the dragon and the statue of Mary, more of that would be great also maybe you already have a video on this but what work did you do before you could support yourself with your own business and how did you stay connected to source when doing a more "normal" work also speaking about distractions like series or social media and the addiction to distractions and finally sth around location: is where we live important or is it irrelevant given the right inner presence. I am sort of struggling as of late on my spiritual path and I am wanting to heal and become the Man, the Wizard, Druid, Artist, teacher, I was born to be. I must add an affirmative YES to The Alphabet vs The Goddess making your book list! My paperback copy is worn and highlighted over the years in pencil and pen, notes scribbled in the sides. This book survived countless moves across the country in my twenties, while most of my paperbacks ended up being given away to "lighten the load". This book was/is SO formative to me- and your mere mention of it has me sitting up and paying attention to your message. Thank you, witchy woman!

You had me at “Alphabet Versus The Goddess” - I read it when I was 18, I’m 43 now. I have not met a single soul in that time that’s read that book! Super impressed. You just made my heart so so happy. And now I can’t wait to read Existential Kink & Power vs Force. I’ve read almost all the others. And certainly Celestine Prophecy & Ishmael. Both I sent to my daughter a couple years ago. Wondering if you’ve read any or know if Delores Cannon. Convoluted Universe. She’s the creator of QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy, which I’m working towards becoming a certified therapist of, to go along w all other healing modalities I have/know. Oh! And I’ve heard of & am now going to read King Warrior Magician Lover. After just getting out of a 15yr abusive marriage, I’m taking time (almost a year so far) to heal so much within myself before I manifest my true partner & truly believe reading that will help me to deeply know & focus on “who” I’m calling to me. Oh! I forgot.. Richard Bach. He wrote Jonathan Livingston Seagull, but his book ONE (I have tattooed on my back) is the first quantum physics meets life/spirit I ever read. He changed my life forever. Just as The Celestine Prophecy, The Four Agreements & Be Here Now did. All around the same time for me, my teens. My mom died when I was 16, those books helped to carry me through & know/remember my true self, my soul.

would love to see a video about how you use your house as magic, maybe how you set up your furniture for the flow or placing certain sigils or art in certain parts of your home and how it works for you.. thanks for these books recco, cant wait to dive deep into them

I will only listen to the books that are read by the author & she's amazing - just like you Miss Mia! I've read several of those books and they're all so good! If you haven't read The Last Herald Mage trilogy by Mercedes Lackey, I HIGHLY recommend it! Those three books literally changed the course of my entire life. Brilliant!

I can't be more grateful you've talked about the energy of the dragon. This is what I've lived in my ayahuasca trip 2 years ago and you have helped me so much to put it in words. To sum up, dragon energy to me it's a femenine energy of wisdom, super powerful, it makes you listen, it makes you feel what others feels and bring you a lot of sensitivity. At the same time I felt it was very hurted by the man energy. It just hurted me so much the man's voice. (I don't want to blame man at all, it's just what I felt).

I read a really great book called healing with the fairies by doreen virtue. It was so transformative and really beautiful. Now I’m pretty sure the author is like a devote Christian and against her past which I personally don’t understand but it’s such a great book
