Got it for coupons from the 10th B-day Trader’s. It’s not horrible, but the travel time is what really makes it not so great. Think most would prefer Demon Catcher for its Super Punch or Mythical Call Of Sirens for its Weakening and Disable Jumps.

I got this in that one van with additional biting limb

the thumbnail is pure gold

Comparing this with Demon Catcher: Demon Catcher does lesser direct hit damage than Carrot Crossbow, but Demon Catcher's total(super punch or burning) does about 40 more damage than Carrot Crossbow's total(crit). Demon Catcher's super punch is activated after hitting an opponent once, Carrot Crossbow's crit is random but I think that chance is higher than normal. Demon Catcher has a strong burning without the super punch(but bleeding, burning and poison can be pretty unreliable when your kills can easily get stolen, but considering how this sniper just needs 2 more damage to one shot UDA and a burning that can go up to 200 damage, ig this can pass), while Carrot Crossbow has no other attributes than crits(the crits make this a guaranteed one shot, but that chance is random). Carrot Crossbow doesn't require you to reload while Demon Catcher does. Demon Catcher has faster firerate, Carrot Crossbow is slow. Both contain travel time. Both have a relatively decent amount of ammo. With Drilling Railgun: Carrot Crossbow has travel time, Drilling Railgun has not(for some reason it has the rockets attribute so this doesn't make any sense) Carrot Crossbow does 3 more damage than Drilling Railgun Drilling Railgun is probably the slowest sniper in the game, although it is very hard-hitting but Carrot Crossbow is more hard-hitting when it does 3 more damage than it and especially with the faster firerate. Drilling Railgun doesn't have any attributes that furthermore increases its damage(only killed targets explode), Carrot Crossbow has crits which can guarantee a one shot. Drilling Railgun is quite low on ammo. Both don't require you to reload. Overall, this sniper can be pretty insane when fallen at the right hands. I'm not saying it is heavily outclassed by the likes of Demon Catcher, I'd say it's heavily slept on and definitely underrated.

Bro the travel time is what kills me with this weapon. And the firing/reload speed

Back when those challenges where hard for my 8 year old self 😂 I missed out because of that point capture challenge Back when elite challenges were generally fun

3 thing about Carrot crossbow that make it bad 1. reload time and delays make it will give animation delay if you switching it too fast. 2. is a rare weapon since the last time they sell this was in mid-late 2022. 3. long travel time make it easy to miss

Last time carrot crossbow returned was in the community van in March 2023 I believe. It was 500 gems

I've been using the carrot sniper it's literally the best sniper I've been using since it was in the battle pass. But no one likes it bc it's 1 bullet and it's slow.

Ecko there’s a wired bug that causes the x ray goggles to stop working I’m not exactly sure what causes it, but it might be a few weapons that can cause the bug like that pulling towards target melee with the barrier once the enemy shoots it the x ray just stops working it’s really annoying and I wish it were fixed because I can’t do duels when that gadget becomes useless

I bought this from the community traders van a few months ago, the travel time and the non existent aoe of this sniper is what brings it down. Still a really fun weapon to use, but there's much better options out there

Seens I don’t even have that Carrot Crossbow but it does have bullet Travel

I own it it was really op when it first came out always a one shot no matter where on the body

Reason why people don’t use this weapon They don’t have it They don’t WANT it They don’t like the travel time They prefer more consistent weapons They can’t get it during events such as trader’s van and lottery I myself don’t have it though I don’t actually want it since I am loving the eraser Crossbow which can do as much damage or more then the carrot crossbow more consistently as long as you are close, and that shooting in three directions has let me hit shots I missed and get way more kills.

Ecko you should use instigator its currently broken in small maps like silent school

the only reason why people don’t use this weapon is either people don’t own it or they don’t like the travel time so they use other snipers

According to pg3d wiki the only sniper I think with 1000 damage is the dragon bite if u get ricochet kills with it🎉

New update, deadly beat, heavily nerfed. You should try it out.
