Heh I think you forgot the slow aim cheat code, if you call it 3 times you slow down time completely even when your falling and it works for every character, except for online plus if you have it for Trevor and activate his ability your basically a god at aiming

I believe Smoke is in fact a very good shooter, people just dont drive in the correct distance of the train. If you keep the correct space smoke will hit almost every shot. Compare it with an actual terrible shooter like Og Loc for example, loc will basically never destroy fred bike by himself while smoke can kill all vagos by himself whil vagos are harder to hit and most numerous

Niko Bellic is an ex soldier who survived/experienced war at a young age. He is the most skilled/toughest character, possessing survival skills and a very realistic mindset. He's arguably the best shooter, and there will likely never be another protagonist like him.
