My demented mother sat on a velvet chair and soiled it with piss and poo. I soaked the product on the chair, and the mess disappeared before my eyes. No smell or stain left behind. Amazing product.

Hi I know I write you a lot but I love love listening to your videos they’re so informative and I really appreciate you responding the other day when I asked you about the Dunkin cold brew packs and just as you said you were correct because the other day when my dad took me to get my groceries at Walmart cause I’m totally blind so he has to drive me when he took me they did not have any of them and then today my mom and dad were shopping getting their groceries and they got me two boxes so I’m very happy about that but thanks again for your videos and this carpet cleaner sounds great

Your doing it wrong. it requires agitation (scrub or rub solution in just like washing hands) then extraction

This video helped a lot! I wanted to ask tho if the ketchup, wine, jelly stains were dried in or still wet/fresh? Wondering if that would make a difference in the performance..

I have used this product on the carpet in my mudroom. I had a stain that was there once 2 years and as soon as I started to spray, it started dissolving. Then I followed the instructions which said to agitate and not with a dry cloth. It's amazing

Follow the product instructions and you won’t need a machine Spray, then rub into spot with fingers then blot or wipe with clean cloth Been using for many years

Tho Folex is good.....but the Bissel Machine is the key here getting deep into stain.....How much does that go for?.....like $125 ....So if you do have carpets , this tandem is a must!!

Great, but you are not just spraying solution on the carpet. You are using a carpet cleaning machine too right?

What about pet urine stains?

I don't know but it's worked on every stain I ever made in my carpet, even one that was a few years old

Cant you just put some folex in the machine and use it that way?

Does it discolour or changes carpet color?

Doesnt work on hot coffee stains.

Did for me.. well not hot.

Try dropping a slice of pizza and let the grease hit the carpet. You won’t get it out.
