yiii buoy...I'm a Sydney sider & recently subscribed. Me Mum's a Kiwi & I love your channel. I gotta get out west & try that Polynesian cuisine. Anyhoo the Chinese influence in the fish markets is a good influence. They luuurrv the shellfish cuz. I hope to run into you one day. Sydney rock oysters are the best; not as large but great flavour. You can taste the zinc.

While the Sydney fish market does have a lot of seafood to buy. All the best cuts of fish, best quality fish and the most sought after seafood goes elsewhere. What the market sells is basically everything the restaurants don’t want. And although I had a good feed last time I went, I was surprised for a market that gets talked up that much, they didn’t have any variety of imported seafood. You’d think they’d have every delicacy from around the world going off of how much people talk about the place.
