I think Javier beating the best NRS player of all time proves that he does. Also, new string, different kameo. Can't even compare this to the last time we seen Javier.

The best character player is the one who has the best results in tourneys. So, MKJavier is the best Scorpion. Period

To be honest I don't really keep up with tournament results like that recently. I'm just going based off of personal experience, I've fought Javier a few times and fought Avirk a few times and for me personally Avirk is just harder to beat. It's not click bait if that's how I feel
