I loved this movie as a kid and I still do now.

They say it’s not realistic that the Ewoks overthrew the Empire. Chukha Trok has zero fear. I’d take him into battle before any rebel. The rebels are lucky the Sith didn’t find him first.

Just watched this a couple of nights ago for fun. Chukka Trok (the ewok) is the BEST character in this movie. By which, I mean he's freakin' awesome and the rest of the cast is just horrible. Shame he's the only character that dies. The sequel should've been "Chukka Trok's Badass Ewok Super Adventures with his Awesome Axe Skills". At least then, they wouldn't have to kill off 90% of the cast of the first movie in the first 5 minutes of the second one.

@@simplegarak Recently read Kevin Thompson's book (the actor who played Chukka). He doesn't talk a ton about EWOK ADVENTURE apart from half of a chapter; most of the books about his experiences working as an Ewok stunt performer on RETURN OF THE JEDI (he's best known as the Ewok that swings across the trees on the vine, which WAS about twenty feet in the air)

the acting is not really good, he is a puffy face teen actor, but the scene is semi-powerful, in that the ewok knows he is dying and hands his weapon to the jedi who refuses to believe his friends death.

Deej is my favorite.
