@@Brayden_Nazerian hartrate can change the body composition if have wet feet etc. just overall bad. you can use it as an indication but its not accurate

They are massively known for being inaccurate haha even the very expensive full body ones you go to a clinic for are pretty inaccurate haha also if your not fat weight doesn’t matter if your trying to lose weight don’t flow the number follow your size as your workout you will gain muscle which is heavier so the number won’t change some times

Thanks. I heard about this on the radio. It sounds like a good idea for people who want to keep track of their weight or or who want to stay in shape.

That's the Great Value Goggins

They suck too and fluctuate a lot. Scales do in general but if you must use one, a triple beam is tried and true. My advice is go off of how you look and feel and get a tailor’s measuring tape for a buck or two and maybe some calipers if you want to measure body fat.

Anything but a taylor scale those things are not accurate at all. U will be 5-10 lbs heavier then u actually aee
