Yo that first combo is crazy, I knew that the level 6 synchro was gonna contribute, but I just assumed searching for code of soul was ideal, had no idea you could use it to basically search ash

In the first combo i prefear to summon the princess before the stallio, because if you take nibiru before the summon of the princess you have no follow up

Honestly I love the combo video! Really helps a lot learning to play the deck way more! I have two questions though. Did you change the deck in any way? Or is it still the same from the profile? And where did you get the mat? I’m assuming it’s a custom one! Thought it looks pretty cool!

Yes I changed it a lot! I released the deck profile way too early and didn’t think the ratios through! I'll release a short with my deck profile tomorrow! The mat was designed by a friend of mine and printed it on custom playmat 😁 I wanted it to be as clean as possible, don’t like it if the mat distracts me from playing

You can do more with the one card card combo if you go mirage staleo instead of wicked to summon the salamngreat of fire search wisely you can get back the fire or the gazelle Thx for the combo video really good I love salamngreat because of the cool designs of the deck and the monsters and soul burner had some awsom duels. In vrans Can you show the combos around nib pls Thx for selling me on wicked too I had cut it out of the extra but now realized it's potential 😅

Nice vid for the last combo if u use jaguar instead of spinny u don't need 3 balelynx its pretty minor since most lists play 3 but salamangreat has pretty tight extra deck

That´s what I wanted to see. Returning raging phoenix using jack jaguar´s effect so then it´s not mandatory to play 3 is a good decision. I would suggest chaining 1 wicckid and then chaining 2 gazelle so if you get ash for example you would still have weasel in the hand in order to prevent getting nib after the chains. I always try to end with bagooska so for example in the first combo with debug and gazelle, I send to the graveyard jack jaguar with gazelle´s effect and special summon falco with miragestallio. With promethean princess I special summon gazelle so then use falco´s effect to return gazelle to the hand. So the endboard, if you dont have anymore extenders, would be pyro phoenix, bagooska, roar set and gazelle in the hand. And that´s what I try with all the test hands. Obviusly the best endboard you can have is sunlight wolf, pyro phoenix, bagooska and roar and rage set.

Bagooska is strong! I just think that without parallel exceed it is not worth the extra deck slot. But I like that combo a lot. Thank you! :)

@@pumpcards Just to say that if you open with parallel exceed there is also the possibility to search ash. It depends a lot on what you send to the graveyard with gazelle´s effect

@@pieropando1469 oh im not playing exceed at the moment. I pretty much play more non-engine. I think it is better to have crossout/talents to negate the nibiru when it’s coming… it is gaining a lot of popularity in the moment and bagooska or any other extender do not stop the nibiru from coming down…

Salamangreat was my first ever deck got in the game a couple years ago and still won't put it down

How is your decklist?

what are your thoughts on playing around nib? Often i’ll keep weasel in hand to play around nib so spending it early seems like it could be reckless

Right now im playing 3 Crossout + 2 talents to counter it! I think the power level of this deck is too low to only end on the weaker endboard… the endboard where you hold the weasel is too weak

​@@pumpcardsYou can end on princess and roar on top of handtraps so it's not that weak. I think if nibiru gets less popular then it's better to go for greedier lines 😊

I dont get it how can u destroy the enemy board on their turn with pyro phoenix?

You are using the 3rd effect of Code of Soul, which banishes itself to (Quick-)link summon a Link-3 or higher monster in your opponents main phase. Then u can just use the pyro phoenix because you have the sanctuary (field spell) on your field :)

I would wait for the mega tins, the only expensive card right now is the Salamangreat raging phoenix (link 4) which will potentially get a reprint in the tins! But it is only around 60-80€ for the core. So it’s still relatively cheap

Be wary of mirror matches if you're going to give your opp a gazelle or fire, nice combos though!

The deck is super consistent, most of the time you will have follow up already in your hand, that’s why I most of the time don’t add Gazelle back

Combo 1 - end phase? Ok nib Combo 2 - wickkid summon? Ok nib Combo 3 - stalio summon? Ok nib

Play crossout and you’re good. Also many decks don’t main nib at the moment

I mean yeah this a greed combos. But some decks cant play nib and with crossout you can sometimes take the risk. But even without being that greedy you cayn easiyl make 2 interrupts through nib and then you have ht. So here is the greedy way but you can play it safe.
