Concept2 is still king... The fitness reality model demonstrating the equipment probably rowed for the first time filming that video, something looked off.

I have the pro-form rower. It's a great budget choice.

First of all budget is under $350. So I'm not sure if this is click bait, a concept 2 is not a budget row get real shame on you.

Therefore we take the average consumer price range to come to a price point in marketing. That is why no one at C2 would every market their rower as a budget rower.@@nisseluren

That's subjective. Of the rowers I'd consider worth buy, the concept 2 is the cheapest. The cheap ones are junk. Rowers are exoensive. The concept of "budget" has to be relative the product being considered. There is no one fixed dollar value for "budget". I would consider budget to be in the bottom third of the price range.

The sunny rower is literally 220 dollars what, shame on you for casting shame

I wish more of the rowing machine that gym in my country and city will have in indonesia. I have been going to gyms to look for it. I found one water rowing machine that are broken in my hometown city. Its so sad😢 cause i really wanna use it to exercise. They probably dont have the tehcnitian and spareparts to repair it. (I got a air rowing combine with mechanical treadmill in the capital city which i usually use to exercise).

I dunno why anyone would get anything other than a C2. Even if you can’t afford a brand new one. There’s always one for sale near you that will row exactly the same as a new one. Concept 2 for life!

You're absolutely right *but* there's a good reason people like me don't go for the Concept 2 - living in poorly sound-proofed apartments. Unless you're a sociopath or you hate your downstairs neighbours, you feel obliged to find a quieter rower. Someone needs to invent some kind of sound proofed box for the Concept 2 so we can still use it in an apartment.

Simple. All reviews say C2 is a loud machine. Many of us live in apartments and being considerate of others is the kind thing to do. Also, many ppl are simply looking for a moderate range of full body workout (elderly or people with certain health impediments), something simple, compact, without all bells and whistles and budget friendly.
