The one thing that bothered me about "Friends" as a whole was the writers making Ross and Rachel become way too overcomplicated. Sure they could've had a moment of turbulence with the "break thing", but they could've had that wrapped up way sooner and get them back together a couple seasons before the finale. We were robbed from watching them get married. PAIN

I couldn't agree more ,I feel that the show hasn't ended yet ,I mean Joey didn't get anything ,we didn't see how Monica and Chandler doing with the twins aaaand we didn't get the most wanted thing in the whole show Rachel and Ross wedding

Agreed. It would have made much more sense to have the story come full circle and have them getting married as a call back to the first scene when Ross says “I just want to be married again…” and then Rachel walking in wearing her wedding dress. We could’ve seen a little more of them actually being together again plus we could have avoided the whole Rachel/ Joey situation which nobody liked.

I disagree I think it ended perfectly if you watch shows like big bang theory for example it ends in a very similar way it’s such good writing the future that everyone wants to see is better left to the imagination because everyone sort of knows but they don’t get to see but once they see Rachel and Ross get married it would be even harder to end the show because it would just add more questions

I’m actually glad Rachel never made it to Paris. Her whole life is in New York: her family, her friends. Not to mention she doesn’t speak a word of French. Sure it was a great opportunity but it was far too much of a sacrifice to leave her entire life behind to go. Rachel had more sense than Carrie ever did LOL

Rachel could find her dream job in the USA and maybe Ross, Rachel and their daughter Emma left for Paris afterwards... They were just meant to be together! I wish the writers hadn't separated Ross and Rachel in season 3 and I wish there wasn't a Joey/Rachel.

The whole series collapsed when Rachel and Ross tied up up. It has to be the worst event since the human resurgence post the Younger Dryas fallout.

3:24 thats simply because Ross is a male and is responsible for safety, security...for their very future. Whereas Rachel is a little girl and just needs to look pretty and giggle and ask for Ross' strong male opinion so she knows who to vote for.
