The material is called alusteel. A combination of aluminium and steel. That is why it is heavier than the aluminium roofing sheet.

Thanks, I actually sent a msg to the Architect and I told him my concerns and he said the height is 14ft to 16ft at the height point because it is a pyramid roof. Also house is a gift for my younger siblings. Am based in USA. Thanks a lot

The Architect also promised to visit the site , and if possible bring an experience Roofer who will do the work. Also part of the problem is my brother who wants to micromanage this house project without any construction experience. That is my personal opinion!

If aluminum, yes if it is stone-coated, No… Only the top quality ones can Algae be washed off it with a chemical
