Ita gonna be 2 years since i purchased mi mop p and I've had 4 issues and twice I raised consumer complaint for their service. Of course it's budget friendly but its been a week they said will get new sensors ordered n still no call back from service team and thank god i have extended warranty till Jan 24. I am planning to buy T20 omni which is an upgrade from X1 it lifts the mop too and washes mop in hot water suction is good than x1 and run time n mopping is great. Only thing is X1 has video recording like you can view it like a cctv whereas in T20 its not there. Ive been following ur reviews n thats how i purchased mi mop p. Kudos to ur work

Worst ever service

As usual great job Saumya this was crisp, clear and to the point but I would request you to add the customer care reach and experience of these brands cos after getting the product the service experience turns out to be a nightmare especially when the purchase is by online mode

Hi, TP Link Tapo RV30 plus is currently available at a price of 28K. Is it worth buying ? The customer rating is just 3.7 on Amazon, which is confusing and conflicts with recommendations on this video.

I too call ecovacs on toll free number for purchase but they have no store/dealership in northern india so that they donot provide demo of product they are limited to ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai or pune ,kochi .

What if, I operate only vacuuming first and then mopping, Will it able to give the good mopping function? If mopping is not up to the mark in robotic vaccum cleaners, then if I want to go for only dry vacuum cleaner in budget, Do I have any suggestion where I can save my money for deselecting the mopping feature ?

Whether you choose mopping during vacuuming or do it separately doesnt make any difference. Because its essentially a wet cloth moving across your floor. It does not apply pressure on the floor. Thats why she mentioned mopping is average. Its still ok for most places. Some areas where you have dirt which require some pressure, you will have to clean manually using a mop stick or a cloth later on. But honestly if your house doesnt get too dirty, its does a good job most of the times.

(or do the rotating mops touch the carpet in case of T20 omni). T20 Omni also seems great, if you have used it, do let us know your experience. Hi Rishab, Ecovacs is top notch and leading in all areas. TP link is a budget option and does a great job. If you would prefer Ecovacs, can also consider N10 plus. 👍

Why Eureka Forbes is not featured here? I was surprised by not seeing it...

I'm not convinced they can clean corners and narrow spaces due to their round shape.

Don't go for it. I got one 18 months back. Had a sensor issue once within the warranty period and they fixed it. Its having problems again and I am fed up with it. Its out of warranty period now. I don't want to go through their not so responsive customer service.

How to claim for service after buying the product for ilife

You missed indian brand of robot like mecturing and it also have good review over all in market

What about Cleaning Liquid like phenyl for germs on floor, where can we put in this mop machine? And what about hair vegetables and small grains on floor? Do we require Cleaning mop machine wheels?

As far as I am aware, one cannot use phenyl or detergents in the vacuum. Unless specified by manufacturer.

Hi Vishal, it’s great if you want hot water mops. But other than that - not significantly better than this amzn.to/3uX5eon which is significantly lower in price.

I am trying to buy vaccum cleaner for elders, also they live in a place where there is no wifi. In this case will mi 2pro will work on hotspot? How much data is needed? Any robot works without wifi? You input is much helpful on deciding.

Did you get one, one without the need of a wifi? I'm even planning on ordering a robot for my parents but they don't have wifi accessibility there. I doubt mobile hotspot will be useful because the range of hotspot is also quite low compared to conventional wifi routers, anyway please give your insights if possible.

Hmm not so well for large leaves. Small ones are ok. Mud is ok. Stones are not.

I have one question and one experience to share. * Unlike most of your earlier videos, you have NOT considered any of Mcturing models here...any reasons? I m interested because its a made in India model * Can you pl varify price of ilife T10 S? You have said 31,900 but their website mentioned 41,900 that too on sale. * I have been using Ilife A9S for close to 3 years now. Their spare parts available and service during warranty is great but not at all happy with post warranty service. I guess this is the story with most other companies too. Any comments on this??

That company now have stopped WhatsApp customer care,I am using the laser on s9 first version for 2 yrs Machine is ok type After reciving batery is not working they send anather battery but have to call so many times, After yr mopping function stopped again I have to keep on calling after they pick up product and they keep the machine almost for a month,

I had purchased Xiaomi Mop P3. The product is decent but the customer support of Xiaomi is pathetic. So you need to be really lucky and you'll have to pray to God regularly that your robot keeps going as usual. Once you get to see any issue, consider your robotic mop dead. You wont get anything from their customer support no matter how hard you bang your head with them

Hi, both of these are definitely part of my recommendations for the ones with self cleaning dock. This amzn.to/3ZiH8zr has better suction and a larger dust bag - so may be more beneficial for pet hair (need to replace the dust bag less often)

Better to go with one of the recommended as roomba does not use LiDAr yet. So accuracy is still less than others.
