Treesheild Knott was my only revive option for Sylvan Watchers, and I held off building him for about 3 months trying to clear the faction. As soon as I 6* him and built him with some of my best tanky gear, I cleared it in 1 go and got my Lydia. I just wished I'd built him earlier. @Nubbs... Now that you have done the FW rares, how about doing a vid on best DT secret room rares to build and how gear them.

Odachi was key for me to 3 star Shadowkin. I didn't have any other block debuffers from Shadowkin, at least at the time, so he was in there just to stop my whole team from being stunned on the boss' opening move.

I dont know if anyone has already said this, but when you have the 18 keys, its easier to do the boss with a Grand Slam team and then run a rare on a stage with 2 keys to get that daily bounty done.

Just run stage 7 which is a boss and you'll one shot it with with even a 3* rare thrown into your regular team. It's the same rewards as stage 9.

For kinghts rev, Torrux is a pretty nice champ as well, def based, provokes, small def up for all, does decent damage.

For Bannerlords, I actually recommend Valerie. My stage 21 team is Valerie, Archmage Hellmut, Stag Knight, Ronda, and Rathalos Blademaster. Valerie keeps me topped off with heals, and she extends Hellmut's buffs. 25% increase atk buff helps all 5 of my champs do a little more damage too.

For Lizardmen, if you have Var-gall, definitely add a Skullsworn. It can be just a lvl 1, 3-star Skullsworn. It's quite a hilarious strat when you see it work - "You are dead." "Not on my watch!"

A few others. Ogryns - Geargrinder. I've got mine in a v high HP / Def / Res Guardian set, and he's in my main team as the meat shield. Sacred Order - Draconis in a Shield or Bolster set with uber HP is an awesome carry. Orcs - Raider has a bit of CC, and is useful for secret rooms, too. Veteran has block buffs, which is useful for locking out Valkyries (although Seer is much more fun at blowing them up). Lastly, Demons - Fellhound. Stun set, and awesome damage for a Def rare.

I think we need to remember a key thing... We get 18 keys and 16 of those will be used on stage 20/21 if you're at that stage... So you just use the remaining key/keys on lower stages and you throw in any old rare 🤷🏽‍♂️

3:34 I found the opposite. For me it has been easier to use Support rares over DPS rares. So for example, in Banner Lords, instead of Dagger, I use and would say to use Valerie or even Preserver if you have the Epic and Legendary dps ready to go. I found myself in a few situations where AoE rares in stun sets, who did little damage, but also brought some helpful utility, like Felhound or Bellower, helped me through some tough waves. Morever, after building a couple rare DPS, I found them to quickly be outclassed by Epics and Legendaries, where the support rares got more mileage. Although, I will say it could very much depend on the rare in question. Like Apothecary was a ton more useful in FW than say Geargrinder, as the stages progressed, even though Gear is a rezzer.

If you make the guide about best rares for FW it’s supposed to be helpful for f2p players or low spenders who are only progressing FWars. All you did was talking about speed farming level 21 and mostly about legos. For shadowkin there is good rare Odachi with his 3 turn cd block debuff which is really good for bosses and some waves.

This video was supposed to be about best rates but it became, they all suck… Use legends.. I much rather see viable options. You can put this rare in this gear set and put this rare in that gear set. Combine this what that. Actual information that’s useful.

He gave a realistic view of most rares in the game for faction crypts. If you’re struggling to complete faction crypts and need to use rares, pick ones that have some utility and make them as tanky as possible to survive. I used Fleshmonger back in the day but had to take them to 60 and used regen gear. It may take several attempts but you only have to 3-star the levels once.

i think flannan is actually the best rare for sylvan watchers and probably one of the best rares in the whole game. an a2 with small decrease speed and a 50% chance to give him an extra turn and a one person ally attack combined with his insane a1 make him a great champ for the waves and his base stats are actually really good for a rare champ with 1365 defense and 97 speed giving him more base defense and speed than tayrel for example (and even 10 base acc compared to tayrels 0 xD).

Video Idea: The Faction Guardians feature has new life given the Cursed City. Which champs are best to double up on for Cursed City content? Some champs work great or even better next to themselves (Kantra) while others don't really add more value when duped on the same team (Uugo). Who are your picks?

I normally do Stage 20 on non-cvc days. They are easier (and same glyph reward) so can often have rare in team. Then I do the boss at stage 7, so I also autocomplete that quest if have it.

Diabolist is one of if not the only increase speed buff for demonspawn faction.

I like to have at least one rare champion in my teams, it helps with the daily missions plus it is always a good thing to have some rares ready for other content like secret rooms in doom tower and also since they are a little bit easier to awake, they are helpful in some stages of the cursed city as well.

Instead of doing level 9, do level 7 with a rare to use up the extra 2 keys. The rewards are the same and level 7 is a boss level, so it completes both quests no matter which one you have.

Sylvan Watchers has great support and very little damage dealers, i ended up using a 2nd Daithi at 50 to speed it up a little but still the slowest faction

I run level 21 2x on super raids and 2x level 3. The reason is this gives you level 1 speed glyphs which are gold for speed tuning! You can just throw in rare food for level 3!

Var gall and 4 skullsworns that’s how i did all 21 stages at 3 stars lol. Only level 19 is a problem 3rd wave block revive, there you need another champs 😅

Chevalier is my go to rare for banner lords crypt. Slap him in a shield set and he has good utillity.

Do you have a list of the rare you have built and are using? DT secret room, Sintranos 5 rotation, etc... so that we stop feeding rares that are actually worth keeping for those highly restricted content.

Why no one mentions Cadaver, he was nerfed but still can solo doom tower secret room, yes it takes forever to solo it, but do it once for a ramantu mission and forget about it. So you don't have to level up another 4 useless rares.

i only have 3 lizardmen so i just farmed saurus tonight and im farming copies to book him. hope it helps me lol

Started a rares only account just before xmas and its the most fun ive had in raid for years. Using champs I would never usually look at. Seems like with decent gear almost any champ is usable.

Although the video was presented as a helpful for all types of accounts, it end up as a show of how many factions u ( @Nub Raids ) brute force with the many leggis u have. I like ur content, basically watch 95% of ur videos, but that acuteness that u have on using for example non usual champs to achieve the goals, or surprising ways to use gear or blessings, etc. That is not been shown on the approach u took on this video. I mean no disrespect at all, just hoping that the power and the champs on ur account don't cloud all the possibilities that u usually are able to present. Again, no disrespect, have a good one mate!

in his defence, some factions don't carry good enough rare champs to be able to properly face the faction boss and waves. But your point remains valid

That been set, if we check the video title then we can see how it started as one thing and drifted into another. One thing that I want to clear is that @perephiloux7932 did a better job at expressing my sentiment on the matter. I have no beef with Nubs, and I have learned a lot from him! Cheers everyone!
