Best QB Runs in College Football History

Фильм және анимация

A compilation of the best quarterback runs in College Football history. This includes long touchdown runs, crazy juke moves, and powerful truck sticks on defenders. Watch all 18 minutes to relieve some of the most electric moments in college football history including Michael Vick's insane touchdown run against Boston College in 2000 and Lamar Jackson's video game-like hurdle against Syracuse in 2016. I am planning on releasing a part 2 in the near future so let me know what plays should be included in that video. Enjoy!

I don't blame him for wanting to prove he could play qb, and ten years later, a team would've probably taken a chance , but they did that more often than not with optin qbs that were fast, made them wr.

What makes Cam incredible is that he single handedly carried Auburn to a National Title. That offense was mediocre at best without him. Dyer was good, but that’s as far as it went. That’s a 8-5 team at best without Newton.

There is no win over VT by WVU that is considered in any way to be exceptional. Those runs by the Nebraska Cornhuskers QB's (Tommie Frazier, Eric Crouch and Taylor Martinez) honestly have to be the best runs in college football history. Especially Taylor Martinez run where he ran back about 14 yards and then took it to the house about 76yds!!! And then Eric Crouch run where he should have been sacked for the safety and took it a hundred yards that won him the Heisman that year. Hands down those Husker runs are tops.

Thank you .... nice video .... as a WVU alumni, I feel a bit slighted .... Pat White was a four year starter at WVU, ran for 4480 yards, and 47 TDs, while taking his team to four post season bowl victories. I think you could have given him a bit more love.

Fun Fact on the Major Harris WVU run against Penn State: It was supposed to be a Bootleg to the wide side of the field and Harris ran the wrong way to the short side. He had no blocking designed on that run and was still able to score a TD. 16:19

See if you can find the footage of University of Hawaii QB (1981-84) Raphel Cherry, who was the first player to perform an acrobatic forward flip directly over a defender and into the end zone. I remember seeing this highlight one night as I was watching college football recaps during Cherry's career there. It was a stunning move in which Cherry landed on his feet and remained upright.
