Yeah NAKED protein powder is the best....BUT THE PRICE MAN!

Whey protein is so expensive now i try to get the ones that are good on sale..

I always pack protein powder for my hikes. I was looking at a list in Total Shape and then I found your video. Next you should do protein powder recipes!

most of these proteins include ish as sucralose ,acesulfam - K and other that can cause cancer and other problems ;) Check out the preservatives E- s

The orgain vegan made my gut blow up like a balloon. I got it in order to avoid digestive problems, but it just made it worse for me….

I use the ISO100 vanilla. It has a pleasant taste. I mix it with 2% or almond milk.

@@DonJ23 Far from it. All *whey* protein powders contain all nine essential amino acids in good amounts. Choose by price and flavour, and ignore the marketing bullshit (such as hydrolyzed..).

@@liamconverse8950I am pretty sure these are not the ones they lack in. They are deficient in Sulfur based amino acid such as Cys, Met. They have plenty of Leu and Iso.

Low quality whey - not grass fed like the others in this video and its a protein blend. They use food coloring, artificial flavors and others additives. They also use sunflower oil which is highly inflammatory. It's by no means the worst product out there, but there are certainly others that stand far above it. I'd rate it a 3.5/5, and it's a good bang for your buck@@TargetingPod

How the F is Orgain on any list? That stuff is trash. Everything on this list the only ones I would actually use would be vital proteins, collagen, and the Dymatize ISO100, but it’s become a fad or trending, and has like doubled in price because of social media or something, and is no worth it because just as good for cheaper that stuff is such a rip off now it was good. It was about half of what it cost now now 5lb containers are going for $70-$90 that’s just laughable and it’s crazy people dumb enough to pay that much for something that is not any better than a lot of other isolate. The quality quality is good just the prices not justifiable.

Great video. I subscribed to Gainful and it was such a mistake. Expensive Subscription with far too much spam. Seriously thank you so much for providing real solid alternatives.

I agree with mxza. It's on the more pricy side but the ingredients are solid, very few of them, and it tastes decent. I'm curious about Nutricost's version of whey protein isolate so gonna give that a shot since it's $20 cheaper.

​@mxza4794 i like dramatize iso 100 but it uses artificial sweetners and the cows milk they use aren't grass fed. Too much artificial sweetener causes stomach issues over time especially Sucralose
