Number 5 Vevor is my one but mine is 18l (not 16l). I use it hung on the back door of my multi-purpose adventure vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter MWB) I've had it for just over 2 years. Very convenient and reliable

I had much difficulty understanding the names of the tank companies and model. What about recirculating pumps and water that must travel a distance from the tank's location in bathrooms and upstairs. Any solutions?

This is the 1st time I have heard about the 20 minute runtime cutoff on the Camplux 10L outdoor heater. Is this indeed the case? It will only run for 20 minutes at a time?

The Camplux 10L lasts for 20 minutes before the built in safety feature shuts it off, then you just need to wait about 2-3 mins before turning it on again.

@@bapojean5981 it would help if Camplux listed it clearly, but upon further research, if you look at the feedback provided from the Q&A section on the Camplux 10L listing on Amazon (amzn.to/2VmulwO) you'll see several mentions of the 20 minute shut off.

@@Freshnss We bought this and have used it a number of times now. It does not shut off after 20 minutes.

We have the Marey T.W.H., and live in a cold climate,and have had it freeze before... When we have a cold wind,it will come right down the vent and freeze the interior pipes.

Thank you for your feedback on the Marey TWH water heater. Sorry to hear that the interior pipes ended up freezing. This is good to know and will help others in their search for the right propane water hater. Have you switch water heaters or sticking with it?

It may be helpful for future videos to state that some of these may not be available in the UK? None of your links now work, or the items are not available. Plus, for the UK also, we need to see a CE certificate for a measure of conformity for use safely. But, a comparison of similar items available is useful. Our comparison to the Camplux is the Shower King and also the Eccotemp, readily available in the UK. Maybe you could consider looking into those, if you haven't already. I am sure a lot of UK consumers will be using these kind of videos to make a choice.

Thank you for your feedback. Since prices of propane tankless water heaters change daily and depend on the marketplace you purchase from, it presents a challenge for us in terms of providing the most accurate review possible.

Add to your avoid list: ANY Fogatti branded RV water heater. They are junk, with high defect rates right out of the box, very inconsistent temperature output, failing control boards, programming and setting issues, and freeze protection that DOES NOT WORK. Paid around $600 and it was useless in less than a year. Customer support is non existent, they will not accept responsibility for selling junk, and will not refund or replace a defective unit. I gave up and installed a Takagi Condensing style heater which works great, runs quieter, holds temps, and has a 15 YEAR warranty.

I bought the Camplux BV158 (4th in your review) and it has been nothing less than a nightmare. The major issue is it puts out nothing more than luke warm water. Yes set to summer, gas on max, water on half. The Ecotemp it just replaced can scold your hand. Then there is the support from Camplux. Non existent. Doesnt matter how many times I send an email, I never get a response.

For the record summer mode cuts the burners in half. So if it’s not hot enough it needs to be on winter.

That is one of the smallest there is as far as gallons of water per minute it can heat, only 1.58 gallons per minute To get hot water out of it you need to cut your water flow in half or more with a shutoff valve and shower with just a trickle of water.

you better read the instructions most say do not use in wind more than 10 mph because it blows out the flame heating the water.I tried one and the slightest breeze blows it out which to me is pretty much useless there is no place without wind.

I don't know why you put down the tcmt unit I have a 16 l and it has been flawless I paid $135 for it and it worked from day one perfectly never any cold water as you stated and was easy to install all you need is g thread adapters and you're good to go I don't think anybody makes it better unit for the money just my saying

I've only just gotten my hot tub. So, I'm researching these "camping shower water heaters" for installation in the fall. I was leaning toward the Eccotemp and its 2-year warranty but, like Intex, Coleman, and Bestway, the heater manufacturers don't have a very good track record for honoring their warranties. So, I'm researching repair options on KZread, right now. If nothing else, I'm getting an education.

Yes, this is something we’ve noticed as well. Generally speaking the feedback is that most manufacturers of water heaters are lacking in the customer support department. However, you may want to reach out the retailed you purchased it from.

Did anyone on your staff actually use any of these? This is nothing more than stock photos and someone reading off stats from brochures. Waste of my time.
