I love my tons of border punches.
Maybe I will learn to love my border punches now!
What a great tip. I always struggle with the delicate punch
I have always found it difficult to line up my border punches to get a nice even continuous pattern and now I know it's because I haven't been holding the one end up to keep it even. I will be watching out for that next time I use one. Great tips. Thanks so much.
OMG MAYMAY What a Fun Share!! I Love Punches too....and totally enjoyed your tutorial.....As a Scrapbooker I love the film strip punches...film strip dies..etc...and use them to death....and border punches are so fun too for lots of awesome reasons....your tutorial was spot on I learned it all from trial and error and Uggh yep sometimes still have the oopsies. TFS!! SO SO SO much fun!! YOU DO ROCK!! Joan Smith
Cool tip
Punches like these have always been hard for me. This is such a helpful video. Love these help videos. Blessings.
BRILLIANT, thank you, thank you, thank you for this! I have a few I bought on clearance and stuck in the back of my closet because they just frustrated me! Now I can use them!

Oh, and that scalloped punch is one I hid in the closet, LOL
I am so glad you showed the film strip border punch cause I saw a project on Pinterest that I’ve been wanting to do and I need this punch. Thank you Maymay!
great video, tfs
I agree, punches can be hard to math up but I thought you had a much earlier video (years ago) that taught me to line the punch up from the backside...I still use that method and I have good luck!
I need some punches!💕
I am soooooooo addicted to punches! I have a short bread rack filled with punches plus more! I need to upgrade to a huge bread rack! Love this tutorial and the punch your using. Tfs.
Love this punch! I do not have this one. Now i want it lol
Thanks for the tips, Maymay! I have that fussy border punch and use it a lot on cards, but you name it , I've goofed up on it. At first, I even skipped a hole and had to try to go back and fix it. But after several uses, It is probably the one that I use most often. So delicate looking!
I love my boarder punches. It's so easy to up those fine retailed ones. Thanks for the tip. You need to do a top tip on coloring with color pencils.
Wonderful product demonstrations. Excellent tutorial. Thank you. Wishing you a super week. Hugs Susan
This tip is very helpful! I always have trouble with these punches even though I love them!
GREAT video... and yes, I have a similar detailed border punch and it can be "messed up" easily if you're not careful. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much for the tip I will have to try this
Great tips, Maymay! When you were showing the scalloped edge punch and put the bright green paper behind the brown paper to show what the punched design looks like, it gave me a good idea for making it a less problematic punch: trick the punch into thinking the paper is still all one original, continuous matching length. After the first punch has been made, if you stick a standard sticky note to the backside of the paper like a backer piece across where you punched, with the opposite (not-sticky) edge lined up flush with the bottom edge of the paper still to be punched, your punched section will no longer be shorter than the unpunched paper and should line up along the "ledge" of the punch just fine. Add more sticky notes next to each other as needed to complete your border. It's kind of like an old typist's trick to fake in length that really isn't there to be able to type all the way to the bottom of a sheet of paper. I hope I explained the idea well.

I love border punches, I own a few, but they are getting hard to find.Thank you for the tips
Thank you for that tip. I have had a problem on those fine punches. Btw, I love punches too. I'm waiting on yall to reach 100,000 subscribers, I want a cricut maker, lol. I have the expression and its time for a upgrade. Oh so when you do reach that number be sure you pick me, LOL
Very helpful video. But my problem with those fine punches is that they often jam on me. Perhaps it’s the brand- I think it’s Fiskers. But little pieces get stuck inside and ruin the piece for me. Any advice? Thanks.
What is the best way to go around the corner with punches that are supposed to do around your page?
Where would I be able to find the film strip punch? I’ve looked everywhere for a film strip punch or die.
Hi, I love my border punchers but I have a few that the pattern is wearing off and it’s making it nearly impossible to line up the paper. Does anyone have any tips or solutions for this problem? And has this happened to you? Thanks:)
Where did you get your photo strip punch from would love to get one
I want that punch, where can I buy it!?
Great video Maymay. What company makes those punches? Are they Stampin Up punches? 🤔😏 God bless you all ❤ XOXO
