@@s_t_a_rsai1886 "UR OWN BREATH" is the answer to all ur questions..be it now or future as it is the foremost n basic thing that is needed to survive ..u can live without anything in this life for days months years but not few seconds without ur breath for instance if u r under the water .. u need to watch hum jeetenge' s breathing awareness..i start to focus on my breath whenever i feel any resistance n this is how i left all my worries resistance behind..if other than this if i need any kind of motivation i recall 3 things in my head i ultimately bounce back on my track.. 1-whether u achieve any huge success or failure just be neutral abt it bcoz both are temporary..dont let it overwhelm u instead focus on lil happiness that u used to do in ur childhood that is permanent that ll keep u happy from within.. 2-live the day as it comes u nvr know what tomorrow is gonna bring with it for u.. instead of plannings that nvr happens most of the times.. 3- fighting ur life battles empty handed empowers you..only believing in ur breath thats it..thats ur own power from within u r blessed with this lifeline only n can b used at any time any moment to bounce back..
