I tried adjusting the saddle and handlebar area of the Trek FX3 Disc to find the best position for myself (more on the handlebar area next time).
Once I got used to riding it, I thought it would be nice to be able to adjust the saddle and handlebar positions a little more to my satisfaction.

コメントありがとうございます！ ご一緒のお店でご縁を感じてしまいます。 高い時期にご購入されてしまったということで、お察し申し上げます・・・ たしかコロナの影響で部品供給が滞り価格が上昇、その後落ち着いて価格が下がったと記憶しています しかし赤のグラデーションカラーのFX3もカッコいいですね！
なるほど。 部屋に運んで1週間で3回コーティングした時、確かにシートの下に謎の目盛りがありました。 ペダルを下の方で合わせるって今までイマイチでしたが、シートステーと平行とは、なるほど🎉

コメントありがとうございます！ 調整は自我流になりますが、少しでもご参考になれば嬉しいです。 特にサドル調整は、わずかなポジションの変更や、履く靴によっても微妙に違ってきて、その違いが長距離を走る時などの疲労度につながっていくような気がしています。なお近々サドルを交換して動画にしようと考えているので、また出来上がりましたらご覧いただきたく存じます。
