She can belt. That is for sure. But singing is not just about belting or singing high notes. It is also about clarity and being on pitch. Singers in live performances of course sometimes make mistakes. and it is okay. Among all the singers mentioned only Lea Salonga is pitch perfect. Her voice is also so pure and crystal clear. The words are clearly enunciated. This talent is honed because of her vast and deep theater experience.
