Thumbnail is nuts, you're a brave man 😂😂😂
Best pelvic floor explanation video out there. Big shout-out 🎉
Lovely, really helpful and easy way to understand. Definitely Jenn should continue sharing more related to pelvis health issues.
I knew this was going to be a great video. Thanks 🙏
Excellent educational video.
Excellent video! Thank you
How useful video!thank you!
Great content, thank you both
Amazing video, so educational. I thought it will be only about the pelvic exercises, but its so much more
What a sensational video! The information and especially the cues have, without exaggeration, already improved my hip and my back somewhat. You regularly manage to find the topics that are highly relevant to me (and hopefully many others) and offer such high quality information on these topics. Thank you! PS: Tim Keeley also has some great videos on this topic if you're thinking about a collabo. I've always loved the collabos because it gives an interesting perspective and a great vibe thats fun to watch.
Charming thumbnail aside - this is a great video. So informative and evidence based.
Most helpful video around
This is more helpful than pelvic PT I saw a couple years ago. Luckily just started with better one. Would be great if also covered more like postmenopausal changes and those without vaginal anatomy. Thanks for covering this.
I love all the comments about the thumbnail almost as much as I love the video 😂 (which is a lot- super educational)
Thanks 🙏 This is a valuable resource for our community ❤
Brilliant topic, ty! Re general exercise when pregnant, the best advice I ever got was to be able to talk. So, powerwalk with a friend, or play sport, but keep talking. If you lose your breath, you need to taper back. This works for all women at all fitness levels, because pro athletes will be having a chat at a higher intensity level, average fitness will be a lower level, and less fitness will punctuate their exercise session with breaks. We don't want to be shunting blood away from the uterus to skeletal muscles, at the same time as we absolutely need to get the benefits of exercise.
thanks
Could you do a video on hypopressive exercises for pelvic floor dysfunction? They are a routine part of care for post-partum women in Europe, but are not widely known in the US.
@E3Rehab Kindly put out a detailed video on Coccyx pain as well .Thanks
Great topic.. I'm surprised there was.no information on hemmiroid cause treatment and recovery..
Interested in menopause belly, after 4 children too. Strengthen tighten core, TA, rectus, oblique, lower back. A diagram with written information, a person showing exercises to do. Perhaps discuss if core can be lazy? Asleep? Thus voluntary ignition needed?! Thx.
Oh wow what a beautiful thumbnail!
I listened at 3X speed and it was very clear. Kegels @12.25
Man do u have any advice on Osgood schlatters pls I need help ASAP
I was eating and almost choked on my food!
Could you please make a video about flat back(loss of lumbar lordosis) ? There is virtually 0 reliable information about it, especially on KZread
Do you have tailbone pain rehab?
will it help me in singing? I can't figure out using my pelvic floor for support of the voice

There is absolutely a connection of your pelvic floor to the voice! Seeing a PFPT may be helpful 😊
Upspeak is so annoying, but very informative. Thankyou.

Pretty much the same.
lol why tf does she say "people with a vaginal anatomy"? Just say women instead of being so verbose. Other than that, great video and explanation by her.
