I found it very useful. Thanks for sharing. And I 100% agree. The adjustment period when they return home was so hard. I found it took at least 2 weeks to find my stride and then and a whole month to fully get back to where we were.

I have an old Marcy spin bike and looking to upgrade…it took me awhile to adjust to the seat(butt hurt a lot😊)…I had to cushion it with a towel 😬, even bought padded biker shorts…. Did you experience the same thing with your seat.
