Congratulations Rachel on your new fitness toy !! Looks like a quality bike. 🙌💪 Hope you have lots of fun on it. I know I really enjoy riding indoors as well as outdoors. I noticed your seat height is a bit low and being a spin instructor it is hard for me to ignore without sharing the info. You want just a slight bend in the knee when your leg is at the bottom of the peddle stroke. I know this video was just a " look what I just got " and an encouragement/motivation to our wonderful Keto community and you may already know this information and will adjust it later but on the chance you didn't know I want you to get the most out of your time on the bike. When your seat is too low or high you lose the optimal power of your peddle stroke. 😀 Love what you guys do for our community and I watch every chance I get. So Encouraging and so educational. Ride on !! 🚴‍♀🚴‍♀🚴‍♀

I recently gave away my 40 yo exercise bike. It still worked but wasn't comfortable, I didn't like how I hunched over to reach the handles. I bought a weight bench and now lift weights inside. I still go outside for my cardio🚶‍♀️

unfortunately, I'm the type that struggles to 'make' myself do workouts of any kind at home - I need the motivation of paying and working with a trainer / small group at the fitness center to stay on it - this winter, though, I'm going to get my treadmill back in use cuz it's too cold to go for long walks (it's sitting against the wall in my bedroom)

Wow, this is a nice exercise bike. Love the large screen and the difference places to ride your bike. This is a totally fun way to workout. Great addon to your sheshed❤

Very informative product review. For indoor cardio, I bounce daily on a Needak rebounder which I love (but it isn’t super quiet 😢) I also have and an affordable rowing machine that gets used 2-4 times a week, and I also do cardio drumming some days, which is great fun! For resistance/weight training, we have a 10 lb. kettlebell, some free weights, resistance bands, and TRX straps. Funny thing I’ve noticed: they don’t do any good unless I USE them! 😂 I need to work on making that a HABIT again.

This is the information I was needing! Getting ready to purchase soon but I would like to know if you can "program" it for 2 different riders? We have quite a height variation so the seat would have to be moved each time-"driver 1 and driver 2". Also my iphone is an 11 so I'm not sure if it's compatible? Great review!

Good afternoon, Rachel & Joe. What meat slicer would you recommend from Amazon that's similar to the one you own? We cure & smoke our own bacon, which we hand slice. **IMPORTANT** The bike in these KZread reviews IS NOT the same bike that you are linked to. Either YESOUL or these KZreadrs are being dishonest. There are only 2 models available on their website. The S3 and the G1M. The bikes that are being reviewed in these KZread reviews are for the G1S which isn’t even offered on YESOULs website. The bike in these videos is quite a pretty big leap in comparison to the one that you would order from their site. I know, because I watched another reviewers video and used his discount code. The screen in this video is 32”. The screen on the bike that is advertised on their site is 21.5”. There is a bait and switch going on and I don’t know who is to blame. But these reviewers should be taking down their videos because they’re essentially advertising for a bike that is “similar” to the one that you would actually be getting.

We zip lock and store in fridge if a small batch or use a seal a meal system for larger quantities

Total Gym. You can get in weight training and HIIT. Totally worth every penny we spent on it.

It just goes to show you how ridiculously over-priced the Peleton really is!
