Driving Uber is considered as business and don't confuse it with job you can work more than 20 hours, usually students drive for 25 hours which give 'em around 2000 $ per month as mentioned in this useful video.

you need a 1-2 days teaching class...to receive your card certificated of competency..cost 400$ to600$...and if you want to work on construction site..there is another 2 days class to be classified having you construction security certificate.this one i dont know how much it cost
