thanks a lot for this video.. i was using whisper since school, now i am 31 nd their quality has degraded a lot. I wrote a big email to their customer care explaining the downsides by attachingp representative images too, but no change or improvement. As all pads have there different varieties koi night ke liye h koi regular apne kisi ka regular nhi liya h jo night ke liye h obiviously jyda absorb krega XL size hoga

Maidam mai menstural cup use karti hoo jo 20 ml ka hai. Jo 7-8 hours me bhar jata hai. Is base par maine bataya hai. Aap bhi ek baar chaeck karlena. Kisi or ki baato se achha hai apna check karlena. Maine video me yahi bataya hai mere 7 8 hours mai 20 mal tak nikalta hai. Baki baat rahi be natural wali ki to unka kahana hai aapka pure menstural cycle me 40 - 45 ml blood hi nikalta hai. Mera menstural days 5 din cjalta hai. Agar aap 15 ml bhi count karti hao to 75ml hota hai. Aap menstural matters ka research padh lijiye waha 80 mal tak ko averege menstural cycle me rakha hai 80 se 200ml wale ko heavy menstueal cycle me rakha hai. To madam menstural cycle ka bood fix nahi hota ki aapko 15 mal hi 8 hours me hoga. Aapko 20 mal bhi ho sakta hai. Aapko 25 mal bhi ho sakta hai. Short me ye ki aap 80 ml tak hota hai to aap ka menstural cycle average me aata hai. 80 ml se 200ml tak hota hai to aapko HBM me rakha jayega. Aap please ek baar apna menstural blood bhi Check kariye. Aap normal me aate ho ya HBM me.

Aapko red colour ka liquid use karne mein Sharm ati hai?
