Best Off-Road Electric Unicycle:Gotway MSP Review (2020)

Ғылым және технология

The Gotway MSuper Pro is the best euc for off-roading that ive ever ridden. It’s got seemingly endless torque and they added a bunch of extra amenities from the predecessor, the MSuper X.

Hey... thanks for doing these vids. I know this is still a very niche product... and there's just not a lot in it for you... except a passion for the EUC community. I'm always waiting for your vids to drop. You have just the right mix of polished production quality... with dead honest detailed commentary and... ummm... "slip ups" to keep it real and protect my fragile ego from your insane skillz. ;-D Much appreciated.

I like the pads that you put on your unicycle do you suggest a beginner use them? I’ve been experimenting with off-road and I really like it ,would the pads be better with just Offroad? I think pedestrians in beijing have been desensitized to fast moving mopeds on sidewalks. We all get along everywhere. As for the little red balls, those are fire extinguishing balls that explode powder if my wheel storage rack has a problem. Not really sure if theyll help... the fireproof box is what i actually use when i charge my wheels. I get a little paranoid having so many massive lithium batteries in my home. If one goes off, they all go off. And that would be quite a show.

I'll be riding in Dubai in the city, and I don't want to compromise power and comfort. Something with suspension maybe? I've never ridden on one of these before but I'm confident I'll learn. I hate changing flats tho 🙈 is there a solid wheel version?

To me it looks like the tyre on the MSP has a thinner tread in the middle which I guess means it will tramline more. The MSX is a rounder profile which means as you corner you won't be on an edge and will get better grip.I'd suggest putting the MSX tyre and the MSP and see how it goes.

Have you noticed much of a difference between the MSX and MSP’s range? Think the 2000W motor variant on the MSP might increase range if I keep it under 35mph like I would the 2500W motor?

At 215lbs, I think the msx can handle you unless you ride up steep hills for extended periods of time or are a very aggressive rider. The msp has less range even though it has a slightly bigger battery, but for me anything that can handle 30 miles of hard riding is enough for me.

Interesting pads. I would like to see a close up of them. Are they the same as what you have in your jumping tutorial?

These are different than the jumping tutorial, but made of the same material. I keep changing the padding to see what i like.

@@KujiRollsI noticed that the height of the pad between left and right foot are different....it seems you have the pad is locked to your dominant foot and you want more free roam in your non dominant one, is it correct?

I've got so much respect for you, and the EUC community. It's got to be so hard for you guys... Here in America, so many awesome products like this fail because you simply aren't welcomed. I can't tell you how many times I was kicked out of places for wearing Heelys (The dumb shoes with the wheels in them) Skate Park people hated them because they weren't really skates, and everywhere else hated them because they ARE skates... So with no where to use them, they died. I would love to get an EUC for my short commute to work, but I would get ticketed if I was on the road with this, (no signals, no inspection, no registration, no insurance, no proper lighting, can't consistently hit 45MPH minimum requirements) And I would definitely get ticketed for being on the Bike Path or Side Walk with these because they easily hit 30MPH, use a motor, (which are not allowed on the Bike Paths around me, Many have been ticketed for e-bikes and e-scooters....) Not to mention its hard enough to even cycle around NY, because people don't follow any on-your-left rules, and all walk/ride in tandem with each other.. Plus car drivers just want to kill you... So for people like yourself, who pave the way to hopefully normalize different forms of personal transportation vehicles, you have my fullest attention, and my utmost respect. Keep wheeling dude!

Over the monster it is heavier but that’s pretty heavy to now I like to see you do a comparison with the monster and the pro. What do you think big?

I haven't properly tested out the monster. At the time, I wasn't ready for it and I thought it was too heavy and clunky. I should reevaluate
