he is charismatic, and coach has said many times he is the most gifted student he has. He is also the youngest and in their culture they respect their eldest a lot so maybe Usman also looks after coach the most for that reason. notice how coach joked about the guy washing the car, and he said no,in his expression it was like saying no because of the respect for his elders even when it was a joke.I am just assuming of couse.

Definitely, I think coach has never trained anyone that has had so much respect for his trainers. I think the only person Usman respects more than coach is his own father.
