Felix Hernandez it’s body/design is based off from the 550 Maranello frame. The car was designed and built by Franco Sbarro. It had made its debut in Geneva in 2004. The design itself is pretty simple. V12, Front Longitudinal Configuration, 485 bhp @ 7000 rpm, Rear Wheel Drive, 300 km/h estimated speed, and continued to be a one off. I do not agree, but the police nit to be more fair. The impounded an Alfa 4C for doing a little acceleration, but they let some cars doing burnouts go. They are making there own rules

MDKSuperCars I can agree. However, having residency there I can confirm that other residents are not satisfied with the noise and shouting/cheering of the cars and spectators. There have been a lot of residents complaining to the police regarding this issue. The best the police could do is try to lower the noise of both cars and people. A lot of people are going on a long weekend holiday while Top Marques is on, hence not being many Monaco registered super cars this year compared to 5 years ago. The people that do stay however usually go Éze in France. There are a lot of great driving roads there. I don’t think there will be a solid solution however on stopping the loud M4’s and AMG’s. If you are trying to spot, then the best option is to go early in the morning to Éze. Usually there are a few convoys of supercars.
