Honestly Angela saying that "it should take Phyllis no time at all if she puts the care into it that she normally does" was kind of a backhanded compliment. Like she meant it as a dig but she ends up complimenting her usual attention to detail and dedication.

I like how Michael appreciates Phyllis’ party planning style a lot more than Angela’s Just shows how much respect he has for her even though he doesn’t show it much

The scene at 01:00 is what solidified The Office as being one of the greatest shows of all time for me
