You know, I can understand coming to that conclusion, but I think poor scripts has a lot more to do with the demise of the writers’ room and the streaming explosion of content requiring lower standards overall.

I love when Andre breaks / goofs around since holt is so serious. Also loved how joe wanted Chelsea to keep going after the real slap and she couldn’t. Poor guy haha.

This and Schitt's Creek got me through lockdown. I watched all of B99 twice. It will forever have a very special place in my heart, and it's so tough knowing Andre Braugher is gone. Captain Holt is a top 10 favorite television character of all time.
