Classical guitars are our passion! We are specialized in the highest quality concert guitars as well as historic guitars from around the world. Our passion for these unique instruments and the joy to give guitarists, passionate players, and collectors the possibility to purchase their own appropriate instrument is the motivation that drives us. Another focus is to work closely with established and young, largely unknown luthiers. Together we want to develop new ideas and share experiences with our customers. We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). These performances are amazing, I love that we get to watch them play but no clapping or cheering like a concert. Just pure music and skill
Deep gratitude to these profoundly devoted players, composers and Sicca's guitars. Like Barry Cole above, I'm an older classically trained musician. Piano is my instrument. My preferences have moved towards quieter simpler piano music. But of equal, or perhaps Greater Joy is hearing these brilliant and devoted players! You make the life of this old man rich indeed!
The warmth and sweetness of the guitar sound plus the exceptional performance transport us instantly to South America. Bravo👍👍👍👍👍

Muy bien el trabajo de todos estos guitarristas se valora y respeta y sin ánimos de desmeritar, sino todo lo contrario, para ayudar a mejorar, me atrevo hacer una que otra observación, por ejemplo la interpretación de Caazapa de Anabel Montesinos, digo que ella no está entendiendo el ritmo, pues están descolocados los tiempos de la música, es una danza por lo cual hay que definir el ritmo muy bien. Le sugiero escuchar por ejemplo la versión de la maestra Berta Rojas, guitarrista paraguaya, ella toca esta obra con el ritmo y sentir propios de esta bellísima obra, aquí en You Tube se consiguen sus videos. Repito sin ánimos de ofender, desmeritar, comparar, ni nada por el estilo y solo con la intención de contribuir, y aclaro que todos estos jóvenes están haciendo un gran trabajo, e insto a todos a buscar en la esencia de la música de cada país para lograr una interpretación lo más justa posible.

Leonardo Dovil. Así es, gracias por su contribución, respetuosa y con buen entendimiento de la obra. No entiendo por qué hay algunas personas aquí que sienten que “tienen” que defender a la guitarrista! Ella es magnífica instrumentista pero, simplemente, con esta específica obra debe ahondar más en su esencia! No intención de demeritar a la artista. No hay necesidad de sentir ofensas en el aire!!!

@@maritzaheg8538 Si Maritza gracias por tu comprensión, y te puedo decir que he visto y oído a unos guitarristas excepcionales, que yo que soy músico y guitarrista, quisiera tener la mitad del talento que ellos tienen, pero que desconocen la música Latinoamérica y por supuesto no me puedo quedar callado cuando escucho un joropo venezolano, una danza paraguaya o una milonga argentina que no están bien interpretados. Por eso les digo a los jóvenes que investiguen nuestros ritmos que son muchos y algunos bastante complejos para lograr interpretaciones más ajustadas..

The sound on all of this recordings is better than the sound of the videos of Siccas. I think some of the guitars you sell don't really show through the videos, where as on this videos the sound can be fully understood. I guess a different mic was used for this examples.

Nylon. These are hand made classical (nylon string) guitars
I love the sound of a nylon string guitar but while I very much admire the skill and dedication it takes to be a great classical guitarist, the classical repertoire just doesn't do anything for me. Too dark, sometimes angry and sad. Flaminco likewise is too angry and frantic for my tastes. I like music with nice melodies and rhythms so lean more towards Brazilian music which I find to be very relaxing and enjoyable. .

I cannot listen to such guitarists who certainly have much technical skills but no soul, just unbearable a music ... fake of feelings and so on ! I listen four of them who obviously have problems in the head !! No need to play on magnificent instrument in that case !
