@The Worst Username as I said it was inadvertent. The creators of the show clearly wrote that into the show internally meaning for the viewer to pick up on it. Is it really that hard to believe multiple people could have gotten the joke independently ?

I love how Kelso is the only one who know's Beardface's real name.

It’s more of an respectful way of acknowledging the persons Title and since Kelso is his boss, of course he uses his first name.

the "go to hell, bob" bit will never fail to make me laugh 😂

The fact that the writers gave the Janitor free range for his lines makes this show awesome.

I cannot get over Elliot yelling "PUT ME THE FRICK DOWN!"

Without the beard, he would be Dr Seymour Face. Cause we'd "see more" of his face :D
