Raja, aquaria, farida kant, the countess are the fashion queens in my opinion. I feel like violets looks weren't as polished as much as I loved her she just had a good finale look, yes im aware that fashion doesn't only apply for drag race but I'm talking about internal drag race. So she had the best looks

The only look from the countess that was breathtaking was her beetle juice/alien look. Also Violet and Aquaria are the only drag queens invited to the met Gala 💅🏾 they really are LEAGUES above the rest.

@@alexdominguez2325 you're wrong. the two of them (and symone too) were invited to the met gala basically representing drag race because the show became this huge thing and these events have to tap into whatever's hyped in the moment. They were just the fashion queens to choose from more recent seasons. So that's not an actual reason to say they're better fashion queens. If the show was as popular as it is now when Raja was on, she would definitely have done all the things Violet and Aquaria did, and more. She was relevant even before she got on drag race. And above anything else, the truth is Raja is just OBJECTIVELY better, more creative and inventive, and she can actually build and sew garments, while Aquaria and Violet won their balls with hot glue (people conveniently forget about that) AND she was actually the blueprint for all the others (I'm sure Violet, Aquaria, etc. would actually confirm that). Anyone who knows anything about what they're talking about will admit that Raja is the one in a league above the rest.

I've been obsessed with Raja for so long. I started watching Fashion Photo Ruview because I loved Raven but then I stayed because Raja cracked me up. She is my #1 favorite queen. But I'm nervous. I was ready to tell everyone else on AS7 they could go home because if Raja is there its over....but Raja is being awfully quiet on the AS7 interviews and I can't see her being that way if she slayed. And sending Raja home early would definitely be a gag. I hope I'm wrong because I love my dear Raja.

Her looks aged pretty well. It’s even more impressive that they were from a lot of design challenges. I’d like to see the new seasons try to steer away from professional designers-provided looks and switch back to design challenges. I’d rather the queens sew and throw things together than all compete with trying to outspend each other.

This would never work nowadays. People demand FASHION! People demand ELEGANZA! These queens spend thousands on costumes and sometimes still end up looking horrible. The producers know way too well that most queens on the show cannot sew anything remotely close to the expensive fashion they bring to the show. So sewing challenges are far and between these days.

@@Meechooilka that's sadly true, but I believe that maybe trying to do more design/sewing challenge for one season - or even putting a limit on how much you can spend on costumes for the show to really make some queens struggle - could really bring out some hidden talent, sure it may look horrible but it could also be amazing!

The only winner with an Asian background on an American season of drag race. When I saw season 3, I had the biggest crush on raja. A timeless, amazing queen!

Raja has still kept popular since season 3 now that’s a winner.

Raja is the perfect example of taking her craft seriously but not taking herself too seriously. She’s always so on point and in on the joke.

Also, if you keep up through the grapevine, Ru knew Raja before the competition as Ru was much more into the drag scene while Raja was coming up. It wasn't rigged but Ru knew Raja and knew she'd be strong in the competition.

Raja is the blueprint. There is no Violet Chachki, Courtney Act, Bimini, Krystal Versace, Miss Fame, Aquaria, Naomi Smalls, etc. without her. That’s not shade to any of them, but Raja was the first one to elevate the drag on that runway. She was the first one to bring high fashion drag to Drag Race and she stepped up the game to a level that required future queens on the show to step up THEIR game now that the bar had been raised. We are where we are today because of Raja. It’s because of Raja that drag queens can’t wear store bought mall clothes (ahem H&M) on the runway anymore. She is and will always be that girl.

For me this was the season that cemented Drag Race as a cultural touchstone. Some of the most popular queens to ever appear were on this season; of course Raja and Manila, but also Alexis and Yara, the "make the most of every opportunity" winner Shangela, trailblazer Carmen Carerra, and even Mariah, Delta and India. Because of these amazing entertainers we have a season 14, an All-Stars 7 and successful franchises all over the world and growing. All my respect to these queens for making great television and changing the world in a small but important way. 🙏

Season 3 had some iconic queens, i mean almost all the cast is all-stars and still relevant to this day (good or bad publicity) like: Raja, Manila, Alexis, Yara, Shangela, Carmen, Delta, Stacy, Mariah, India, Mimi. Venus D-Lite and Phoenix that didn't get to showcase their talent a little bit more.

In a small way???? Nah. Tbey showcased their quietness and confidence for at least one entire generation to see. It made it ok for us to maybe paint our nails blk or wear eyeliner. All the way to expressing our full fem side. This wasn't wasn't small thing. This show at season 3 and 4 kept so many boys and young men, from giving up. It made them feel seen. That there was hope in their future. To see hope in this world again was everything for them. It's not a stretch to say this show has saved thousands of lives.

that's what drag was though. when this was airing, queens would get paid maybe $50 for a gig if they were lucky. it wasn't something you could make your career and have all this extra money to buy things. most queens were constructing all their looks at the time.

I didn’t start hearing about drag race until season 6 so i’m very excited to see the OG fashion queen

Ah I love Raja in that moneyball dress. That silhouette and that hat is so awesome!

I was very much surprised knowing that all the expert level of high fashion Raja wears is self made . They are not only model but also fashion artist that deserves high pay.

This top two was one of the best ever. The crown could've went to Manila, and I wouldve been okay. Raja definitely deserved this since she was a first fashion girl who isn't so robotic and lacked personality. She was vulnerable from the start. Love this queen forever.

I know Raja is best known for her fashion and walk (and rightfully so!) but I feel not enough people talk about the other talents she got to showcase on her season. She always gave solid acting and comedy, had a great snatch game and slayed every performance and lipsync (like the lipsync vs Carmen and the music challenge). She's honestly such a well-rounded queen and an exemplary winner, in my opinion.

Makes me nostalgic for old drag where the queens had to use their own creativity and resourcefulness to construct their looks. now it just feels like queens pay designers thousands of dollars and that's it. you can tell the newer queens don't have the same skills anymore.

UGH. I need a moment. To this day, I don't think I've ever been so thirsty to see a queen's runway look AND walk as I have been when Raja was on the show. And she delivered, EVERY TIME. Maybe I'm biased bc I stan ANTM, and she may have taken pointers from when she worked on the ANTM set, but her fashion/model presence on the runway was undeniable.

I think because it was the overall score of the three different pieces they had to create. I remember they had to do something like a swimsuit and cocktails dress on top of the final gown. But yes Raja’s last one was stunning.

Because Raja's swimsuit in that episode was not up to her usual standard. Also they had to lip sync and dance to a Latoya song as part of that challenge....Raja was not great in that performance.

The fact that Raja is *STILL* really good looking today outside of drag 👀 Raja has had grey hair for such a long time (looks amazing btw) that it felt weird seeing old clips again of her black hair. My favorite queen of all time, just feels like a fresh breath of air seeing her first day of the show

Raja is by far the reason I realized I was queer and why I loved Drag race so much, then went back to watch all the seasons all over again.

I just finished s3 and was really surprised to find out Raja wasn't super well-liked and well-respected. To me it was clear by the end of the first episode that it was his competition to lose, and he stayed pretty consistent throughout the season. While some queens may have excelled in some areas (Shangela was more charismatic, Alexis did better on screen), Raja was the only one who had it all- he didn't lack in any area.

Raja is the queen who 100% revealed her charisma, uniqness, nerve and talent in the season plus her irony and and charm i'm liviiiiiingg 💞💞💞💞 can't wait to see what auntie will show in all stars 7!
