@@chillatrix They literally put out these compilations all of the time. You also have no respect for their work by doing this. When the inevitable YIIK compilation comes out, it now won't do as well because a lot of people will say "Well I've seen it already, so I'll skip this". If I have to explain to you why that hurts the content creator, then you probably need a caretaker.

Like when he started arguing both sides incorrectly about a french dip fully screaming because of the implication they don't come with a specific kind of cheese

It’s a shame the finale got canceled. Hopefully one day Chris releases the rough draft of what he wanted to do, or even just the footage/audio of the boys reaction to the ending. But if he doesn’t want to due to Dingdong and Julian distancing themselves from OneyPlays, that’s understandable as well.

They're not distancing themselves from Chris. If they were, they wouldn't have done LPs when he last visited, and Dingdong wouldn't have joined in LPs when he last visited Chris.

@@MoonspiderHugs Chris mentioned that he talks to DD&J often in the same post that the final cancelation was made public. DD&J seem to be just done with the whole LP thing and want to focus on their game projects from now on. They do occasionally stream though.

The genuine emotion in Chris' voice when he shouts "NO! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR VELLA" brings me such joy. They really care about these awful characters

The payoff of the intro bit and the legendary Rory kiss are two of my favorite all time oneyplays moments. Also the turn around of absolutely hating Rory to him being the least hatable cast member, that was like the most satisfying character development. Not for Rory of course, for the oneyplays crew 😊

I just want to see the rest of the shit they recorded of the game itself! I watched this entire series the entire time, I suffered through YIIK at the same pace they did, why do I have to go find someone else's playthrough to see the literal final cutscene of the game or play it myself

The LP Toss was so broken it crashed the let’s play at the very end

Anyone kind of excited for the upcoming YiiK stuff? There's a weird standalone/prequel thing and apparently a total overhaul to the base game. If its half good that would actually be the best timeline, but you know we're watching with vested interest for more yiiking out.

@@knucklejoe26 if you don't know, informing oneselves ain't that hard. but TLDR: Egoraptor made a game that was... let's say not too cool on its representation of liking men, DD&J didn't find funny being a couple themselves and Ego went on an Ego-trip and harassed them off the internet, but people still watch the game grumps cuz i guess making a f e t i s h game and doing a a type of crime involving hate (youtube censors words just reread that word slowly) don't matter cuz haha funny videogame celebrity.

Goddamn I took an inset break for months ended up watching Smosh of all things. It's ok but god damn is oneyplays just the best. Miss Dingdong and Julian tho

Goddamn. They only really need to record 1, maybe 2 more parts to really finish this series. Oh well, at least the boys are doing their own thang now.

@@Arareemote they lost all their save data but still managed to upload a video of them one shotting the final boss and cutting it early for comedic purpose? If they cancelled the finale because they lost the data that kinda just shows how little priority there was to finish it if it was that far back in the pipeline, they already had the stuff they recorded initially so anything else should've just been extra after the fact

Played a bunch of the new demo that shows off the new stuff in Yiik I.V. and the load times are like 100x faster and it's too early for a final judgment, but the new battle system completely ditches the minigames in favor of a card-centric turn-based thing where the basic dungeon battles take like 30 seconds instead of 5 minutes. Also whenever Alex starts monologuing it cuts to him on a stage like he's doing a one-man show. Absolutely Yiiking out waiting for the patch to drop.

@@infsm27 BowlBo has been in production for longer than the YIIK finale and the last progress update they had for it was in 2021. I'd bet Chris is just getting more involved with animation again since Zach's show is actually popular on something other than just KZread. Apparently there's even been a couple times in some streams where he's mentioned BowlBo and people are starting to think that's gonna be cancelled too
