2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣ thoughts: Essentially piggybacking off their 2019 rollercoaster of declarations, actions & gestures. This year feels like a dessert to the main course, if that makes any sense at all. As in, 2019 Jikook is THE year for me, their year, but 2020 definitely had some intense/obvious moments too that followed. 2020 is their domestic year, that being heavily influenced by the pandemic, I truly think that this year they started living together properly (Aka without touring/staying in Seoul for more than a few weeks at a time) they’ve all moved out the dorm and had homes/apartments accounted ( *cough* for except for Jimin.) The amount of car sharing to and from events. Mentioning two times that indicated they had slept over Jungkook’s place. These moments being the “bite” incident where jk mentioned they had been drinking the night before and both showed up to rehearsals together the next day and when Jimin mentioned that he was with Jungkook at 4AM on his BIRTHDAY. Jimin being with Jungkook on the night of his birthday feels very special in itself, as they were the only ones together when the Billboard number 1 announcement was made. We see they enjoy each others company in “In the soop” they’re together at 2-6am, this repeats in In the Soop S2 as well. As I was saying, a lot more domestic. This year is a lot more loud “verbally”. The things said suggested a LOT compared to 2019 - that was a lot more actions. For example, jimin saying Jungkook was his favourite thing to wake up to recently, jimin mentioning he was with Jungkook on his birthday, Jungkook repeating that they had been drinking together and jimin bit him (I COULD GO ON FOR SO LONG ABOUT HOW THEY DIDNT HAVE TO TELL US ABOUT THE NECK BITE AND JUST USED SOME CONCEALER OR NOT MENTION IT AT ALL BUT BESTIES WANTED TO TELL US SO BAD 😭) I strongly felt like letting people know these things was important to them, especially Jimin, this continues in 2021. Saying things to let people know they were together/doing things together/indicating there’s something more so people don’t think they aren’t really close. Jimin really prides in people knowing how close he is with Jungkook and how much time they spend together alone. It’s very endearing and telling that he values that so much, as I guess it’s hard to avoid seeing people believe they aren’t one of the closest. I’m really bias towards this year cause this was the year I found Jikook and all those moments I witnessed happening myself, so I have like, an attachment to this year. If 2019 was the “biggest year” then 2020 was my “soft spot” year. They had so many questionable moments that year, the flirting is so blantly obvious and it’s from both of them equally, whether it’s by touch/teasing or shameless comments made to make the other flustered or speechless by being coy. The stand out for me was definitely their black swan duet. It was so incredibly beautiful and shocking and I remember watching it live and my mouth dropped open cause I wasn’t expecting them to do a ballet routine together that’s especially renounced for being primarily between a man and woman and I was so in awe and fascinated about how they pulled that off and how the idea came about (sadly we were never told 🥺) it’s definitely in my top 5 Jikook moments of all time. There’s actually a few moments this year that actually solidified that something was there for me, cause even with rosebowl and everything that happened prior I was still sceptical. (I’m a hard person to convince) There’s actually 3 moments from this year that are in my “most telling” to me. Firstly the black swan duet cause I have so many questions, the drink night “hickey” simply cause of the the undeniable amount of ways that it could’ve been covered up/not mentioned at all and how it’s such a cross the line for what’s normal skinship that it’s inadmissible, people were saying Jimin was covering for jks secret girlfriend and everything, just showing how blantly obvious this moment was and how uncomfortable it made people that so many excuses were made. Thirdly, an underrated moment, but Jungkook back hugging Jimin during the “BE unboxing video” he was glued to Jimin in such an intimate way that I can’t describe other than with the word “coupley” plus Jungkook scolding Jimin, his hyung, right after it’s such…. It gives off such an energy I can’t explain it. They went through a lot that year emotionally, the pandemic, unable to see fans, the depression and anxiety of the tour being cancelled multiple times and you can feel how much they’ve helped eachother through it with motivation & comfort. Jungkook feels Jimin’s pain. Jungkook approaching Jimin just to comfort him after he cried was proof of that. They really helped each other keep each other going and they continue that support way into 2021 when they could finally see fans again and hugged after the first show ended. Very accurate and well put, I totally agree with you. 💯 Yes, they definitely moved in together, and that ensured they didn't have isolate from each other. I also feel Jimin loves to tell everyone that he is IN LOVE with Jungkook....but as you say, not everyone wants yo "hear" that...there's too much phobia and crazy fantasising to hear/acknowledge their PASSION & LOVE FOR EACH OTHER. Yes most of them are edited that's why I try to find the originals, there is 1 where jimin hand is in JK pocket but the bigger picture is his other hand was also in JHope pocket as well but that was edited out. There is 1 where Jimin n Jk are feeding each other but bigger picture Jimin then turns n feed Namjoon n V, so I don't 100% trust these videos it's good to find the original n c for yourself. I don't ship any of the boys when they are ready to make their relationships public then I'd continue to support n love them

I was not ARMY until 2021 so I was watching this (I've watched some of your other videos too) to see what happened when the world went into quarantine in March 2020. But it doesn't look like they missed a single day even. I know the MOTS tour was cancelled, but did they just keep working? How was that possible? Does anyone know where I can find out more about Jikook and BTS during Covid lockdown? Thanks!

They just kept working from the hybe building and did online concerts and filmed in the soop. 2020 was Jan-March: MOTS promotions [covid lockdown] March-July: Japan album promotions, filming in the soop, bangbangcon online concert August-Oct: the big MOTS online concert, Dynamite comeback Oct-Dec: BE album, award show season

@@TheBestofJikook Thank you so much. Where did they live? Were they still living in the dorm at that point or had they gotten their own places? It seems from some other interviews I've seen that they quarantined together. Did they live in the Hybe building? It was such an insane time for everyone - the whole world - it's crazy to think they were able to keep working. And personally, I'm not sure how I survived lockdown without them. It would have been so much easier with all the content they were creating!

There was rumours he was living with Jungkook as they always rode cars together every time & waited till the other left to go together Jimin then reportedly brought a place in 2021 in the same area as RM.

Да сделали из Чимина "козла,, отпущения то он когда у Тэхëна с Чонгуком была любовь Чима был липучкой навязывался к ним, когда начались якобы отношения между Чонгуком и Чимином то опять получается Чима сам навязался к Чону. Одно я понимаю что ф/с всю репутацию испортил Чимину, то танцует не так то голос у Чимы писклявый и по мнению некоторых неадекватных Чимин выглядит как бледное пятно в сравнению с Тэхёном и Чонгуком. Так заменили бы Чиму кем-нибудь вот Джин был и Хосок или Шуга тоже ребята яркие видные. Как отдельный клип с Чимой там столько комментарии по поводу внешности и вокала просто диву даëшься, ах какой Чимин красавец какой талант, а заходишь в ф/с там столько грязи льëтся на него за всю жизнь не огребëтся. Говорят ещё не закончился этот ф/с, вот когда Чонгук зашëл к Чимину на репетицию опять говорят что Чон зашëл по сценарию так надо было, а самому ему это даром не нужен Чимин типо он был не один а Тэхëном, а зачем тогда тот прятался от камеры? Вот из таких хейтеров популярные люди страдают. Хейтеры сколько талантливых молодых людей сгубили многих уже нет видимо они этого добиваются а вот шиш вам наш Чимин сильный духом💪.
