Ever since Kirby Smart left Alabama, their defense has been on the decline.

Jalen Milroe while a great athlete was never a great passer and most Alabama fans knew that, against better competition it showed again.

I will say that Texas did something this game I have not seen them do in probably 15 + years and that is play 2 halves of a football. I say that with tongue in cheek because we also know that Alabama was not firing on all 8 cylinders and was not playing up to their potential. So, in my opinion, Texas still has not been tested.
