He was made for how we play, ramsdale was a last minute option to improve on Leno, at the end of the day this the keeper we should* have had since arteta started the project

What I like about Raya is that he is never shy to claim balls from setpieces everytime!

Raya is something else,never afraid,never bullied always a phenomenal on the pitch...

Im a Brentford fan, and i was so sad when he left. He has everything. Calm with the ball on the feet, and a high game IQ. I think he is one of the most underrated keepers in the world.

Raya is a complete keeper. Good shot stopper, Brave at claiming crosses and brilliant distribution. Not an arsenal fan but I learn from this player in terms of distribution

Last season what favoured us, was our ability to score but our defence was a mess (escepially after Saliba's injury) but now our defence is the best in the league so far but the goals aren't coming enough

After 3mins of watching, I can comfortably tell you that Ramsdale would’ve conceded a lot more goals if he played those matches.

I think Raya is better as a long-term solution but you still need to give more chances to Ramsdale to a)foster a real competition for Raya to improve something(such as his positioning) and b)retain some resale value of Ramsdale. Ramsdale also deserves to start at least 1 CL game.

The Brennan Johnson save was iconic

The reason why we hav higher scoring chances is because of his long passes. The way he catches the ball is so poised and confident as compared to Ramsdale who usually palms or spills shots away, and ramsdale tends to get caught out of position more often than Raya

He is damn world class who can shoot the ball with both feet at any circumstance….

He is making a few mistakes in the match, but everything is perfect such as long kick accuracy, saves, and predicting where the ball is going to go. I loved Ramsdale a lot, but it is what Arteta chose so there is no doubt and I also like Raya now.

For me since he was brought in to Arsenal. He has only make three errors, one in Chelsea game his position for Mudryk goal, his position in Newcastle goal he should've deal with that cross n his Punch 👊 against Sevilla die minutes when we're leading 2 -1 that he nearly punch the ball inside his own net 🥅. Apart from that three errors he hasn't done badly at all. My submission.

Ramsdale would’ve let that ball run and they would’ve scored. Same way Ronaldo scored at Emirates in 21/22. Not going to diss Raya for clearing danger, even if it looked shaky

He also has the best stopped crosses percentage in the league..Raya has been one of the best keepers in the league this season. People are being overly critical. Bias has forced them to blow moments (that all keepers have) out of proportion and ignore all the great things he does.

might've missed it in this comp but he made a great 1 on 1 save against Burnley which was one of their biggest chances in the game. Think he's been shaky in some moments but overall Im happy with him

For me its hard to say who is better between rambo and raya. But i do know arteta wants more control in the game and raya provides that better than rambo as raya is more reliable with ball on feet. Its not just rambo, tierney who was voted to be next captain is replaced by zinny and tomi and timber. Everyone has to adapt. Im personally happy with raya and arteta so far. Our team looks alot weaker this season mainly from injury. Timber, partey, martinelli, jesus etc etc have missed big chunks if not all of season so far already.

We have too good goal keeper's who are good at what they do... I believe raya starts because we want to control the game and pace raya fits that style of play but when our players are fit including timber and where open up going for goals ramsdale will be our man he has prove that last season that he can come up with some incredible saves

Since Raya joined the club, Arsenal hasn't conceded set pieces(corner kich or free kick) He can direct Give Long Ball to saka and martinelli. The only problem he has is that he can not give a good pass to midfielders, especially Declan Rice. We can not compare both Raya ama Rambo until Raya plays full season.

First of all you are wrong that we have not conceded from set piece. You forget the goal we conceded from a corner away to Sevilla. Secondly, if you watched this video at all you will see several times where he has laid passes to midfield for the likes of Zinchenko, Jorginho and and Havertz
